My wife and I spent two nights, over the Fourth of July holiday, with owners Jane and Skip. From the minute we arrived, they did everything they possibly could have done to make us feel at home. They provided an accommodation where we could have privacy, if we so desired, or participate in some sincere and very interesting conversations with... More

This bed and breakfast is certainly clean and well kept up- the furnishings are absolutely charming and the inn-keepers are friendly, helpful and very accommodating! Great location if you are visiting the Tacoma area, especially near to the University of Puget Sound. While on a relatively busy street, it is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

We travelled from Oregon to attend a show at Tacoma's Rialto Theater and selected the Geiger Victorian B&B on North "I" Street for its close proximity to the theater as well as the university, the glass museum and Point Defiance Park. (The B&B is in an area of stately houses overlooking Puget Sound. A half-hour's walk through the neighborhood is... More

Travelling can offer a variety of experiences - and we always remember the pleasant ones like this spectacular and warm B&B. The city of Tacoma is historical, clean and beautiful - the downtown has well restored old buildings on wide friendly streets and the neighbourhood of the Geiger B&B has many amazing old homes on tree lined avenues. Making reservations... More

Last Saturday, we attended a family gathering in Tacoma. We decided to find a place to stay the night so we could do a little exploring of the area on Sunday. With a little research on Tripadvisor, we hit the jackpot. The Geiger Victorian B & B met our needs perfectly. The proprietors, Jane and Skip, were warm, helpful and... More

If you want to stay at an amazing place in the Tacoma/Seattle area, this is the place. The couple who run this B&B is so considerate, accommodating and just fun to visit with. They make you feel like family and you never feel like you are imposing on them. Extremely clean, beautiful with all of the antiques that decorate their... More

A beautiful place to just come and relax. We needed a getaway that was remote and intimate; Geiger Victorian fit the bill! Skip and Jane were wonderful hosts and very informative yet private. We wandered around looking at all the artifacts and was pleased to learn the history of the house and the owners. Wonderful breakfast and coffee at our... More

Another fantastic trip to Tacoma. This last trip was especially difficult due to the fact I was on the road during the thanksgiving holiday. I was not happy to be away from home. Mary Jane, Skip and Paul are just incredible. You only meet people like this a few times in your life. Talk about hospitality they are always upbeat... More

This was my third trip to Tacoma (visiting my daughter at the University of Puget Sound), and I wouldn't stay anywhere else! The Geiger Victorian is like stepping into the past. The house is a thing of beauty. Jane & Skip are incredibly gracious hosts, and Jane makes a crumptious breakfast! It's so convenient to the University and downtown. Jane... More

Walking in the front door you feel you stepped back in time. You really get a sense of the early 1900's. Jane and Skip are warm and friendly. (like family) The morning breakfast was excellent and totally catered to our needs and taste. (yum!) We looked in all the nooks and crannies and their was always a new surprise. The... More
