For business lodging, the location is OK if you are visiting the port area (as I was). I would not recommend it for tourists. While the staff was friendly: The elevators didn't work, along with the ice machines and vending machines (on multiple floors) as well as the change machine in the arcade! Location is not in good neighborhood, but is conveniently close to freeway. (Noisy freeway out front of hotel, noisy trains out back.)
