I knew my good friends wanted to stay at Hotel Murano for their wedding night, so I thought I would use my Stash Rewards points to book them an awesome room. I called ahead to ask which room would be best before making the reservation with Stash. The hotel agent was very helpful giving me plenty of suggestions and recommendations.... More

We stayed here for one night before our flight back to the UK, from Seatac. We booked the sleep package which included double room, valet and $20 food and beverage credit. Valet and check in was no problem and the bellman was helpful. The room was a basic double room on the 19th floor, although the bathroom was a little... More

We stayed here for four nights while we helped our son get situated at The University of Puget Sound. The hotel was very clean and very quiet. Elevators were a bit troublesome and confusing at first but once you get the hang of it they worked fine. The restaurant in the hotel was very tasty however very pricey but the food... More

My husband and I came here for our 10 year anniversary as a local get away. I was blown away how beautiful this hotel was so modern. Our room was on the 25 th floor and the views were breath taking.. Our room was bigger than my first house..bonus there was a huge Jacuzzi tub and beds were super comfy.... More

We have worked with the Hotel Murano for 10 years now, and they have always taken care of our business and our business travelers. Recently, we hosted a conference where over 25 business travelers came from across the United States to have our regional conference in this area. We chose Tacoma since it was different than Seattle, and the property... More

The staff at this hotel was very good and responsive. It is a very trendy new looking hotel. The room we were given was facing Mt Rainier and the view was spectacular. However, we paid for the Patron floor expecting your typical concierge level room. What we got was a breakfast that was less than that at your Hampton Inn.... More

I spent three nights at this hotel because I found a Groupon rate that was somewhat better than the hotel rates and previous reviews seemed to suggest that it might be worth it. It was not. The front desk employees rarely smiled and not once were they particularly courteous to me while I asked questions. They also seemed a bit... More

We had the most bizarre and unpleasant experience. We made the reservations a month in advance and called the night before to confirm. We were assured all was in order. But when we checked in the following night, the most impolite receptionist informed us that they were oversold and had no room for us. Some rooms were empty but they... More

Dear Ms. Kaul - On behalf of Hotel Murano I would like to extend my apologies for the situation which occurred where we could not honor your reservation. We had a last minute situation arise and tried to make up for it by providing you a room at another property at no cost to you. I know the situation was... More

The value and selection of hotels at the airport is horrible. Hilton is up over 200. There is another nice property nearby but even higher rates. Do yourself a favor and take the trip south on I-5 (little traffic generally whereas I-5 north can be a nightmare) and spend the night in Tacoma at this hotel. Great value and as... More

Nice hotel that strives to be the Northwest art boutique hotel with strong regional Native American influences. The lobby is well done and invites lounging and it's mostly well considered art choices. The rooms are small but well appointed and nicely modern without being too contrived. Beds & linens were very nice. Very comfortable rooms with some nice views of... More

Dear BadBlake- I appreciate your valuable feedback and could not agree more. I apologize that we missed the mark from a service perspective and will be reviewing with the team. Thank you for your kind words regarding our property and art collection but at the end of the day it is our service that should really shine. I hope that... More
