Attended a conference at this hotel and it was superior. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. They have the best selection of pillows available. The food provided from the hotel at the conference was exceptional!

We stayed at the Murano for a meeting in Tacoma and we loved our stay. The location was perfect and our room overlooked Mount Rainier with spectacular views. The bed was extremely comfortable and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

The food was superior! Loved the type of in-room coffee pot and coffee was delicious. Room service was fast, food was hot and delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the key access elevator. Very cumbersome. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed here while attending a conference at the Convention Center. Easy access, wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. Room was spacious, clean and quiet--appreciated after a long day. Room service was quick.

Murano is a hidden gem in downtown Tacoma. Hipsters and business-types come together at this stylish and modern location. Reservations fill up quickly, so plan ahead. The staff are friendly and helpful and the amenities are top-notch.

The room was very clean, wonderfully comfortable, spacious and great light from the windowns. Friendly, professional waiters in the restaurant, and a wonderful meal (pasta with scallops/shrimp), made my dining experience no less than excellent.

I stayed here while attending a conference. I was captivated by the art throughout the hotel, and wish I had more time to take it all in. Great proximity to the convention center. Excellent service, every question answered with knowledge and professionalism. Staff were receptive, helpful and friendly. Looking forward to returning for a weekend to take in the surroundings.

Excellent bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Well done with co-located meetings and conventions. Rooms comfortable, but "cozy". Elevator key confusing and not intuitive, and generally non-ideal. Thanks.

Overall it is a nice choice. I didn't find the change from the 20th floor to the 25th floor (patron level) any nicer for the extra $100+ dollars. The only difference was a worse view, continental breakfast, a shower cap, and a newspaper. Hotel staff are very nice, with the exception of the bartender. She needs to drop the snotty... More

My room key was given to another guest without verifying who this person was. I was asleep when they attempted to gain entry into my room. I did not sleep well that night. Intentional or not, it really does not matter.
