You sense the artistic pulse of the Hotel Murano from the moment you step into the lobby. Soft shades of grey make the original glass sculptures and eclectic art collection pop. Every staff member I encountered from the front desk to housekeeping was charming, efficient and accommodating. Of particular note, was Keira(?) the charming woman at the front desk who... More

My Husband and I stayed at the Murano for our wedding night. The staff at the front desk seemed to be very busy although we were the only people at the desk waiting to check in. I was still wearing my wedding dress and him his tux and not one of the three clerks even offered a congrats. That was... More

Granted, the Hotel Murano is very good for what is available in Tacoma, with that said, it is not great when it comes to housekeeping. I checked in my room and when I checked the mini fridge (the front desk will ask you "sometimes" if you want a key to the mini fridge) for water, I was surprised and irritated... More

The Murano is our go to hotel in Tacoma. The rooms are fresh, and each floor has it's own unique art work. Beds and bedding are first class, and the bath, while small, is functional. The hotel restaurant, Bite, is great for breakfast. All in all, a delightful experience.

Our check in was quick and the lobby was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and informative ( where the restaurants are, happy hour hours, wifi passcode). All the glass art is beautiful to look at, and the elevators were very modern and technologically advanced. The only disappointment I had during my stay was the cleanliness of the room. The... More

Dear Katia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. While I sincerely appreciate your positive comments on our staff, service, restaurant, art, and elevators; I am quite disappointed in the housekeeping and maintenance related concerns that you have noted. Typically, we receive high marks related to those two departments and the work that their teams... More

From our first step in the hotel my husband and I were dumbstruck by the quality of this thoughtfully decorated and tasteful hotel. There is a gallery of local art and glasswork everywhere. I recommend this facility to any and all looking for a wonderful and peaceful place to stay with incredible views and a modest price point. Vacant from... More

My room's (#1414) panoramic view included Mt Rainer, a bit of the Sound, and the Dome! Across the street from this hotel was the Convention Center where our business conference was held. Couldn't have been more convenient and efficient! For the reasonable price (a group rate), I was surprised to have such a lovely, minimalist and tastefully appointed room. Marble... More

I had booked this hotel as it seemed like the best price compared to other hotels in its class, but was a bit concerned as to the distance from Seattle. It was worth it. Afterwards, I went to Vancouver for a few days and booked another night for my return. I would have stayed another night but had an early... More

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the Hotel Murano. This is definitely Tacoma's best accommodations! The food at the restaurant is great.
