From the deceptive website, I prepaid. I would never have stayed at such a hotel if I had seen it first. Its located in Industrial town on the main street-all asphalt and noisy. Mgmt wouldn't refund us because they say the internet company takes 60% of the payment which is non-refundable. The desk takes a copy of your driver's license... More

My family and my sister's family stayed in rooms next to each other. Our room was fine, but in her room, there were some blood spots on the white sheets. When complaining to the front, they said it was impossible that there could ever be blood and that if there was, it must have been put there by her instead.... More

After reading reviews, I didn't have high expectations for this hotel. I thought it would be ok for one night, and the price happened to be considerable lower than other hotels for this particular night. But on arrival, we were pleased with the appearance of the lobby and the kindnesses of the clerk on check in. We were very tired... More

We had a short leg on a long driving trip and stopped in at Sunnyside’s Country Inn & Suites. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room that we had reserved was ready and clean. The walls and ceilings are a wee bit thin. On the good side, it had a microwave and small fridge in it (which... More

I dropped in after midnight midweek without a reservation and got a warm, wide-awake welcome. I was initially disappointed that the hall end exits are for emergency because I have a lot of work related stuff to shift. I was expecting a long haul via the lobby, but with only 24 rooms per floor it wasn't so bad. No elevator,... More

Spent an extended weekend in Sunnyside at the Country Inn & Suites. Spent a few extra dollars to get a Queen room with a kitchenette. Typical small town motel, looks to be at least 25 years old. A quirky mix of guests - some couples travelers, including some oldies, some young families, some guys who were working road construction nearby.... More

This hotel is good for a nights stay. The staff is very friendly and very nice. The pool is relaxing on a hot summers day. The rooms are smaller but they do for the night! This like I said, is an average place.

They charge $75 for Friday and Saturday and $45 for the other nights. Naturally we were there on a Friday and Saturday. We paid $30 per night to much. The place is OK, but not worth $75. We were on the second level and the floors in the room creaked no matter where we walked. When anybody walked by on... More

Front desk was wonderful, I can't say enough. My husband had a surgery and for three days the front desk helped us out in so many ways. The manager even went and got us some groceries and picked up my husband's medication from the drug store. I just got back and wanted to say a big Thank you to them... More

We mistakenly booked our room for the wrong day (a week off) and the hotel would not let us change our reservation! I have never had this happen before, most hotels are gracious to serve the needs of a traveler. So given that we have to pay for a room we can not use, it was a bad deal! If... More
