For an older hotel in a small town it was not all together bad. The room was clean and had a nice refrigerator and lots of chanels on the T.V. Now the walk to get to your room on the 2nd floor was scary. I thought for sure we were going to fall. I believe it was made out of... More

The hotel is old and definitely needs updating. It was clean. My problem has to do with making the reservation as the only phone number that I could find led me to what they called the Resevation Desk. It wasn't until I checked in that I discovered that I had booked this room through Expedia. They charged my credit card... More

Before we arrived, we requested a downstairs because we had 2 Seniors & 1 other adult. The Seniors cannot manage stairs. When we checked in, we were told there were no downstairs available. When told that the Seniors could not go up the stairs, the clerk managed to find us a downstairs with 2 beds and said she would switch... More

This motel is a terrific deal if you are looking for something not fancy, in an OK location, and clean. The room was basic and dated, but it was tidy and the bed was comfy. The front desk receptionist was new, and you would never know it. She was courteous, hospitable, and friendly. She accommodated a request for early check-in... More

We needed a room with no stairs and they had us on the second floor. The problem with this was that they only had Smoking rooms left on the lower floor. We took the Smoking room and suffered all night with the smell. They need to deep clean there rooms! All our clothes & everything we brought in the room... More

This is an older motel, but it's obvious the owners try very hard to make it a comfortable stay. Our room had been refurbished and it was clean and nice. For a very low price we even got a continental breakfast (hot cereal, coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs and pastries). We ate dinner at the Snipes Mountain Brewery, which is... More

We booked a Monday night in March, but my husband suffered a ruptured disc the night prior to our arrival. We called them first thing in the morning to let them know we could not be there and why. We sent them the doctor's note so they'd know we were telling the truth. They have refused to refund our money.

We decided, since we were only in the area for a night, to stay in the budget accomodations at the Country Inn and Suites. We had one of the queen bed rooms on the second floor. The room was clean, and the shower was a good one; although there was no non-stick mat for the tub when you took a... More

This was a larger family hotel in a safe area. The parking lot was roomy, shared with an on-site Mexican Restaurant which seemed very popular with the locals. The room was good sized - not small, not large. Our bathroom was very large. Clean, but could use some detail cleaning. The vanity was outdated & needed replacing, as was the... More

As indicated by other reviewers, breakfast inclued with budget room probably inadequate for most; however, rooms are larger than avrage for low-cost motel and include small microwave, mini fridge and small table with two comfortable chairs--at least in the single queen bed room. Mattress was made by Serta and appeared relatively new. It was comfortable, but now luxurious. Staff were... More
