“Great Staff and Stay”

We got a king suite for the night after a bad stay in Seattle. Hannah at the front desk was amazing! Our stay was great breakfast was delicious and room was comfortable. All what we have come to know and love about the HI chain.

“Very comfortable - great customer service!”

My husband and I found the room clean and very comfortable. The bed was very comfy and we slept so good! Natalie at the front desk was awesome! Very friendly and had great customer service skillls! Nice little breakfast in the morning. Definitely will be back!

A very nice hotel that continues the tradition of the Holiday Inn Chain. Bright, clean, good breakfast, and quiet. A great place with great people. The area is growing, a thriving industrial area. Great choice in hotels.

“They canceled my reservation and didn't tell me.”

It's a pretty standard Express, but the area around is a wasteland - though there is a very clear view of Mt. Rainier ... on a clear day. The bed wasn't super comfortable and they didn't give us our wake-up call, but it was otherwise a regular Express experience.
