This is a wonderful RV park. We had a little weather, but when it all cleared up, the views were great. I didn't realize it at first but you must hike down to the coves to enjoy everything that the park has to offer. There are plenty tables and fire pits down below (past the railroad tracks). The only draw... More

Rented a portion of the available units for a retreat and had a wonderful experience. Later my fiancé and I stayed in one of the duplex condo's for a night and again the experience was second to none.

Boy howdy is this place a lovely sight to behold! We stayed in spot 1 in our RV trailer. The spots are wide, easy to back into, and feature a nicely maintained grassy area on either side along with a picnic table. The view of the river from many of the RV spots is to die for. To say that... More

We stayed here for 5 days last fall. It is a beautiful spot, but the trains come through frequently, day and night, and it feels like they are going to come through cabin as you are not far from the train tracks. It did disturb our sleep each night we were there, even with silicone ear plus we purchased. The... More

We just returned from a Thanksgiving weekend at the Gorge! The High House our vacation home was very well appointed and incredibly comfortable. We had a wonderful view up the river and a bird's eye perch to watch the many trains that go by. The resort grounds were immaculate and a great space for us to walk our dog several... More

This place is beautiful and a most wonderful location. The staff was great, responsive and the facility was immaculate. The problem? Look at their map and notice the tiny, not listed anywhere railroad tracks. Huge trains run through there day and night; some with four engines on the front, several in the middle and more at the end. Imagine that... More

We just spent 7 days along the Columbia River and Skamania Cove was lovely. We have our own large RV, but if you don't have one you can rent the cabins. The location is beautiful, the coves extraordinary. Everything was clean. As with all gorge locations the trains run by, but here they do not blast their horns. Highly recommended

This was our first RV camping experience and it couldn't have been more amazing! This resort has beautiful homes for rent as well as 17 RV spots...it was dark by the time we arrived, but it was fairly easy to find our spot on the upper level. This is a gated resort which was nice! We had no idea how... More

The spectacular views of the Columbia River and the surrounding mountains were constantly in our line of sight. Whehter we were walking the well kept landscapes (it was hard to find a weed), sitting in the spa, playing in the water in the secluded coves, or hanging out in the house, we were surrounded by this almost sureal view of...
