This was a lousy hotel, with what my wife called a major "ick" factor. Our toilet plugged the first time it was used, very frustrating - signs on it said "hold handle down to flush", a very bad sign - so we knew it was old and needed work. We could not get ready to go out while they tried... more

This place has everything. Away from downtown, and very close to beginning of town, just off the freeway, yet quiet. We didn't use the pool, but it seemed great. Right next to a Subway. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Staff was very helpful and patient to travelers. Very clean. more

I travel to the Spokane area very often and stay here. The remodeling is all done and the hotel looks awesome! The rooms were renovated and there are new beds. There is also a new flat screen t.v. in the breakfast room, really cool. Staff is always pleasent. more

was told go park in back then use side door,did that and key did not open door,called desk and they came and opened door,sorry then want to room yep no open again,want to desk and told them so they reprogramed the key back up to the 3th floor try again nop so this time call and they come and open... more
