Service was great with check-in and check-out. The room had a musty smell, but it was very slight and we didn't even notice it after a couple of minutes in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Spokane.

Not comforortable with the notice of being responsible for damage or loss of items in the room (towels, baskets, washclothers & about 10 listed items) with possibility of being billed at a later date. What if housekeeping misplace a item or damage a item or take an item? Not a good policy and I will not likely stay here again..... More

They really have gone out of their way to be courteous and helpful and eager to help with every request I have made.

The Howard Johnson in Spokane is in a great location just 2 minutes from the city center. However, it is located 15 feet from the busiest road in Spokane!
