A welcome, inviting evening in downtown Spokane. Delightful European Boutique atmosphere. Pillow top bed with crisp, clean sheets in a quiet room. Alternative to the "cookie cutter" rooms at traditional American type motel rooms. Continental breakfast with rolls, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice, yogurt. Enjoyed my stay and will return when Spokane beckons again. Highly recommend. more

This is a great location with a short walk to the upscale shopping and riverwalk. We stayed on the second floor where the atrium is located and also where breakfast is served. The breakfast seemed to place a lot of emphasis on pastries and sweets with very little fruit or juice choices, but it was pleasant and seating in the... more

The Montvale is a refurbished old downtown hotel with charm and friendly staff. The restaurant in the basement, The Catacombs, has great food and an exciting vibe. Go early to get a seat, or be prepared to wait, but the pizza is worth it. This hotel is within walking distance of downtown attractions and is a great place to stay... more

This perfectly located hotel was the perfect setting for wedding party, family & friends to call home for a weekend! The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful catering to the needs of all: from my 9 month old granddaughter to my 80 year old father-in-law. The intimacy of the atrium as a meeting place for approximately 40 people throughout the... more

I travel a lot with work, and I would like to start off saying this was a great change. I normally stay at the big chains, and this boutique completely suprised me. The rate I got was great, so I gave it a try. It's located in downtown Spokane, so parking is a bit hard. I parked on the street... more

The employees were fantastic, from the front desk, valets and housekeeping, everyone was very friendly and answered all of my questions I had about were to go in Spokane. I used the stairs for my entire stay as just walking up to the third floor was a... more

After booking my stay I checked the hotel out on trip advisor, and became slightly nervous to say the least. However I was within their 48 hour cancellation policy. The trip couldn't have be more delightful. The staff were quite curtious, the decor was astounding, the rooms comfortable and best of all no noise. The following morning my wife was... more

The hotel is cute but the service is not what I expected. The staff was rude and the thugs cleaning the rooms were very disrespectfull. I did not enjoy my stay. more

Before arriving, I discussed the need for a quiet and clean hotel because we were coming from out of town for a family funeral. I was traveling with my elderly parents. I was assured that the accommodations would be perfect. Upon arriving, I was very surprised by the condition of the lobby, the carpet was very stained and it had... more
