My wife booked this hotel for us. Turns out is was a former gentleman's club back in the day. First female president was back in 1998. They purchased a fitness facility and pool and created a pedway between the hotel and fitness facility. The place was reasonably priced and charming. It was clean smelled nice and was in a great... My husband and I are both military retirees. We are members of the Marine Memorial Club and found out that the Spokane Club is a reciprocal club. So, we made reservations to spend the night and enjoy dinner before flying out of Spokane airport the next day. Wow, what an excellent experience we had. We were upgraded to the Spokane... More

This hotel has lots of charm being so old. The location is great for those wanting to explore the downtown area on foot. The rooms have some of the old character with some newer updates and some things left over from an update done many years ago. The rooms are slightly larger than some of the other historic hotels and... More

Had a wonderful two night stay. Rooms clean and comfortable. Perfect location for walking to Riverfront Square and River Park. Somehow I screwed up our reservations and despite being booked up, Ryan bent over backwards to accommodate us and gave us the first and only room cancellation. Wonderful staff! Kudos to Spokane Club, will definitely stay again!

I stayed here for four nights and enjoyed the quality of the linen and the big comfortable bed with many, many pillows. The hotel has character and history. The bathroom, I found lacked space for personal items such as make-up etc but again the towels were thick and large. I did find that it was not possible to stop the... More

The historic charm of this hotel/club is lovely. Originally built nearly a century ago, it was renovated about 30 years ago. There are some things that are a bit tired, but it is very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were spotless. Bathroom had modern fixtures and nice toiletries. You pay a bit more for a corner room,... More

I stay here the week of September 23rd for a convention. I read the reviews and thought I would give it try being that I don't like sterile modern hotels as much as hotels with character. This hotel was built as a private club a century ago and like so many old world charmers had suffered neglect at the end... More

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to give the Spokane Club a second chance. We were glad we did, the staff were very frifriendly and accommodating. The River View Suite was spacious and the oversize King bed was comfortable. The room was clean and and inviting. Thank you Spokane Club for the great accommodations this past weekend.

My adult son and I went to Spokane for a birthday celebration. I used a bidding website and got this as a 3 1/2 star hotel. When we arrived we found our room with only a single bed. I asked for a room with two beds and was told I had to pay an extra $20. We went back to... More

Room was so outdated. Tiny. Bathroom had mildew in the tiles. The toilet was like that you would find at a high school gym or stadium. The cabinet was rotting. The staff was not very friendly. The front entrance is not wheelchair accessible. Therefore we had to carry our baby stroller up the steps. We barely fit in the elevator.... More
