We selected this hotel by location and name. Located near a light industrial park off the main thru-way. Easy to find and surprisingly quiet. About what you'd expect for a LQ although it seems the chain is not as predictabe as it once was. Arrived late at night and had to return to the desk clerk 3 times to get... more

We stayed at the La Quinta Inn and Suites in Spokane for 3 nights. Both the check in and check out process only took moments! Staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was large and nicely furnished. Only unusual thing was the room had a dishwasher but no dishes! The free breakfast was plentiful and included fresh waffles, toast,... more

I could walk to the job and several eaterys in under 10 minutes. Thats a plus. But across the parking lot is a trucking company that starts making noise at 5 AM. The rest of the hotel was as expected - thumbs up. more

Stains on the furniture, where it wasn't stained it was cigarette burnt. Paper thin walls. Avoid. Located on an industrial estate. more

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We usually stay at the Oxford Suites in the Spokane Valley which is about a mile away, but the LaQuinta was available for $40 less. It is a great value and a very nice hotel. Everything was spotless and the lobby is very welcoming and homey. Fresh cookies in the evening and a nice complimentary... more

I had a meeting at this hotel and decided to come over the night before. Whenever I book a reservation, I specifically ask for a quiet room. When I mentioned this at check in, I was told that I had a room on the top floor. I went up and put my things down and left the hotel for dinner.... more

We stayed for one night to do some shopping etc, weekend special for $59. Location is good as it is only a few minutes from Spokane Valley mall and 1- 90. As others have noted it is in an industrial park and as we had our dog (no extra charge) it was a little strange to be walking him by... more

We had to find a place for six nights and we had our small dog with us. The hotel room was very nice, clean, and really quiet. We were on the second floor and close to the back door. There is a nice grassy area to walk the dog with a shovel and trash can. It was bordered with pretty... more

This hotel was very clean and convienient to the highway. It was quiet and staff was nice. The breakfast was good also. It was better than the average LaQuinta hotel, some of them are older and not clean. This was pet friendly. more

Located in an industrial park gave some concern at first however a large mall is only a short distance away. We were traveling with adult children and grandchildren and the indoor pool was a real hit as were the cookies at the desk. Staff was friendly and helpful giving directions to restaurants and places of interest. The rooms were large... more
