We stayed here 1 night on a road trip and had booked through Priceline. This is definately the least desirable 3* through Priceline in Spokane. At other hotels people talk about getting Priceline rooms we appeared to get a Priceline building! It was at the far end with a view of a factory and we seemed to be the only... more

Watch out for the toilet! We lifted the lid to find significant human excriment on the toilet seat. Took over 1 hr to get cleaned. Next morning took shower to find it too had not been cleaned, hair and other bodily fluids in tub from previous guest. No offer of a discount, upgrade. Be highly cautious when going into the... more

Really nice clean stay. Some updated features like the bathroom with a nice large marble-like counter for toiletries. Can have a distance to walk from one building to another to get to the front desk and no elevators but only two level building. Rooms that give you a glimpse of the river and view of tennis court not bad. Not... more

The rooms have been remodeled recently, but the outside of the hotel and grounds need some serious TLC. The real problem here is the staff. I'm not sure there is much training done here. After a late night, we were awakened by the maid at 8:00 am. wanting to clean our room. That was slightly annoying, but not as much... more

The hotel has recently gone through some renovations, and the rooms were quite nice. The beds were divine! There are a lot of outdoor facilities (tennis court, swimming pool) which we were not able to use since it is winter, but they looked nice. My only small beef is that the facility is very spread out. It is like wandering... more

I stayed at the River Inn because my son and I were attending a College Preview Day at Gonzaga University. The hotel is adjacent to the campus and worked out perfectly. The hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle service. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant which didn't have a great selection. Breakfast was better,... more

We stayed at the Red Lion River Inn because of its proximity to Gonzaga University. Our experience was great, the rooms look renovated, granite touches and a bit of a "tuscan" feel. We were in building II with a parking lot view :-) We didn't hear any issues in the parking lot, but then it was a Sunday eve -Tuesday... more

Where to begin...We arrived to a parking lot that made us uncomfortable, not well policed or patrolled. Upon checking in we went to our room to find that there was a six pack cooking in the sink, surprise the room was occupied. We were than given a second room that had not been serviced. The third room was acceptable, but... more

I'm surprised at the negative reviews, this Red Lion is completely renovated top to bottom. Granite and tileas well as new fixtures in the bath, super comfortable mattress, top quality linens, the works. Staff was friendly and not a mention of Priceline, just, "you are prepaid". This is my second stay in the last couple of months and I couldn't... more
