Stayed here during Lilac Festival Week end. we had trouble checking in as the hotel had confused corporate credit card numbers. The front desk is attentive, but customer service is challenging. with 6 people in line they have beed trained to focus on guests, on a one to one basis. As a results you may wait in line for a...

I bid on Priceline and won this hotel for $55 ($67.47 with taxes and fees). The AAA rate was $111.20. My bid was for a 3* in the downtown Spokane area. We stayed two nights as we were visiting two colleges.
The hotel is near Gonzaga, one of the schools. I'm sure we could have walked there, had we known...

Entity was well staffed, clean and over very good. All staff seem to take the time to make eye contact and listen.
not sure why I'm writing the review, this is the average low cost motel in spokane, nothing memorable other than the price and good staff.
Central location on the river, within walking distance of the river park and downtown. The property is a little past its' prime, but still quite okay if you get a good price. We came for a follow up appt. on my husbands ear surgery and wanted to spend the St. Pattys' weekend in Spokane. We booked a king river view room and when we arrived they had...

Exhausted from hours of travel (we live in Alaska),...

We walked east past Gonzaga University, across a footbridge over the river, then on the Centennial Trail back west to Downtown and to the Falls.
The hotel restaurant...
