Chose Lusso based on it's location, positive reviews and reasonable cost. Overall very happy. Despite our very late (Amtrak) arrival, checkin was very thoughtful and friendly. Large, high ceiling room. Very comfy bed with good linen. As others have pointed out - no in room coffee, but not too far a walk to the lobby. Valet available or cheaper self... More

Romantic stay on a quick shopping trip from Canada. Part of the Davenport hotel as their more boutique hotel. Interesting post modern decor and nicely sized well appointed room and bathroom. Close walking distance to most things downtown Spokane. The complaints of no crappy hotel coffee in the room seems weird. They provide Starbucks coffee in the lobby every morning.... More

Both our room and the hotel lobby were elegant and spacious and the location was great, but we encountered a number of problems: 1) Rather than replace the original tall elegant single pane sash windows with double pane windows the management chose to screw the double pane windows to the inside of the single pane windows and frames. This gives... More

The Hotel Lusso is a small boutique hotel with 48 rooms. We stayed in standard king room that was quite large for city center property. From the parking valet to the front staff, they were courteous and helpful. The bathroom had a soaking tub with shower. The bedding was top quality and the room was extremely clean. The only drawback... More

This hotel had been beautifully restored and decorated. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The rates are very good. I would gladly stay again and would gladly recommend the hotel to others. Minor complaints: 1. The "Lusso Suite" was very nice (fireplace, extra-large bathroom, but with only one sink), but it is not a "suite" as that word is... More

I have stayed here a few times over the past year, great location right in downtown and usually a great rate. But NO in-room coffee! why? it just doesnt make sense, i cant think of any other hotel that doesnt have in room coffee. my room this time was dark, smaal window and only 2 low watt lights and no... I love this hotel. It is luxurious at an affordable price. If you want to be be amazed by the furnishings and pleased by the price, this is your hotel. But be forewarned: there are no coffee pots in the room. There is no way to make hot water, except pouring it out of a tap. Yes, they serve coffee... More

Dear Steven, Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. We appreciate your comments and have been considering a change for the very reasons you have outlined. You have encouraged us to make this change sooner than later. Concerning the convenience of in-room coffee pots; we find ourselves challenged with the debate over convenience for our guests and the cleanliness... More

The Hotel Lusso was surprisingly wonderful. I have stayed at its sister hotel across the street, The Davenport, many times. It's one of my favorite hotels anywhere, and I almost always stay there when travelling to Spokane on business. However the room rate this time was higher than that allowed by my company, so I decided to give the Hotel... More

Loved staying in this quaint hotel. When we mentioned we were celebrating our 25th wedding anneversary, we were offered an upgrade as one suite was available, very generous. Would have been nice to have coffee and a refrigerator in the room but the quiet and the comfort made up for that. There are coffee shops very close. The beds were... More

From the moment Steve picked me up as part of the airport transfer, the overall experience was positive. The hotel itself is in an excellent location in downtown Spokane. The room was a good size, well maintained and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My early airport shuttle was on time. Within a few blocks of the... More
