I booked a room at the Lusso for my sister & I to attend her graduation ceremony over the weekend. We wanted a convenient location that would feel a little indulgent for a special occasion, and I didn't want to shell out quite as much as the Davenport across the street was asking. Lusso has very nice high-end features (the... More

My uncle and aunt invited us to spend our last night in Spokane at the Davenport. We had just shared a difficult family situation and so I thought it would be good to indulge a little with a night at the Davenport. The video in the room explaining the restoration of the Davenport and the cultural significance of the hotel... More

I almost wrote 'bargain' pricing, but it's not that--however having stayed at the Davenport proper AND now Hotel Lusso, i find them both very similar (rooms in the Lusso are smaller--but i never understood the HUGE room thing for hotels; the one exception is that the bathrooms aren't the super slick walk in shower/marble jobs, more typical, but very nice,... Very clean, updated hotel in middle of Spokane, a block and 1/2 from the river and mall. The bed was great, bathroom clean and modern. I know other people were staying there but we never heard any noise or saw anyone on the halls. Breakfast was in the lobby-it was a bit small but we usually got a table. There... More

We stayed at the Lusso for Bloomsday weekend. Last year we had stayed at the Davenport Tower (fine, but very chaotic) and thought this might be a bit more low key. It indeed was - with only 48 rooms, it's practically impossible to feel like a number, even during the wonderful madness of Bloomsday. We were welcomed warmly upon arrival... More

My husband an I stayed at this hotel for his birthday, the hotel room was amazing we have a fire place the room was so spacious and the bathroom had a sand up shower and a bath, there is a lot to do if you are visiting Spokane for the first time, you can go to all of the Davenport... More

There aren't a lot of options in Spokane - but the Lusso doesn't just win by default! This charming hotel is completely modern, but because it's an older building, the guestrooms are large, roomy, and have gigantic windows - nothing like what you find at a Marriott or Hyatt! This hotel is part of the Davenport collection, but for a... More

Since the main Davenport Hotel has now become too expensive for us, we went across the street to the smaller, Davenport owned and managed Hotel Lusso. We had a wonderful stay, from the delightful staff to the beautiful room, and the hotel is right in the center of the action - easy walking distance to the mall, great restaurants, River... More

Hotel Lusso is the hip spot in Spokane, assuming there is such a thing. My room was dark and the curtains weighed about 30 pounds each. I needed to tug them with both hands to get them closed at night. I also looked out onto an alley, but I guess that was ok. I understand what they tried to do... More

This place is a great place to stay in Spokane. I stayed last Thursday night and last night on my way to and from Seattle. It was a great way to break up my trip. The hotel is in a great location. It is a few blocks from the main downtown shopping area and near many good restaurants. I stayed... More
