Hotel is undergoing renovation; my room had been renovated; new furniture, carpet, paint, and lamps. So new there were strings all over the new rug...obviouly had not been vacuumed. The TV appeared to have missed the renovation as the picture was not clear and it was a big box. Staff was friendly and courteous. Had a nice free breakfast offering... more

I had to live out of this hotel for a month. The beds were hard. The rooms were old and not very clean. The food at night was a joke...crackers and cheese, chips and salsa, hot dogs. They often ran out if you were there 30 minutes into dinner. The breakfasts were the same everyday...out of cans and of poor... more

This property had the most wonderful staff and was so well maintained. The room and common areas were SO clean, and I'm fairly picky. It seemed like whenever I would go to get breakfast in the morning the employees were out cleaning windows, walls, everything! Every employee we passed would give you a greeting, even a woman who was stocking... more

Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Suites are very nice. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. Great pool - indoor, good temp., clean. Nice fitness facilities. Night time receptions never set out enough food at one time. I think that this encourages a few people to hourde (sp?) food, making it even worse. I can't tell you how many times I... more

We have stayed several times the past year and have always found the accomadations clean and the grounds neat and clean. The staff has always been very friendly and accomadating. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. It is in a nice location and offers many ammenities not found at most hotels. We look forward to many more weekends at "our... more

Reading the previous review, I'm amazed that we stayed at the same hotel during the same weekend. Our gymnastics team chose the Residence Inn for our 4 day visit for the Western Championships. All four families and the coaches, loved it. The staff was very friendly and acommodating. The morning that we were leaving, the front desk clerk asked all... more

I know that this hotel was listed upon the top on trip Advisor, but really? This was a horrible experience. The room was okay but their housekeeping staff left something to be deisred. I don't know why it was okay to have left food bits under the bed and the fridge was horribly dirty. You could tell that the room... more

After a long day on the road with two toddlers the two bed room suite at this property was a welcome sight. While neither the bedrooms or living area is large, the combination of spaces gave the children run-around room. The beds were comfortable, and overall the room was clean. The refrigerator temperature was much too high so we had... more

Easy to locate and right off the freeway. Excellent, courteous and fast check-in. There was a hospitality hour when we arrived (5:00pm) which was unexpected and very nice. Just chicken wings, tater tots and lemonade, but very convenient and nice after a long drive. The lobby/dining area is very nicely appointed and comfortable and there were complimentary coffee/tea stations at... more
