We stayed one night at the Ruby2. The location of this motel is good and within walking distance to Riverside shopping and the park. The parking is convenient although not secure. Our room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Rooms are accessed by outside corridors - so each room has an outside door and the windows face onto... More

My impression of this hotel is that it is below average! The very first thing you need to know is that the hotel is located right beside the train tracks that run through Spokane, & they are VERY active, at ALL hours of the day & night. The rooms are clean & amenities in the rooms (bed, bedding, furnishings, etc.)... More

My family was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, it was very clean and had a relatively modern feel to the room. It included a small fridge, mini freezer, microwave and the free Wifi worked very well on ground level. Their downtown location would be ideal for singles or couples as it is within walking distance to allot of pubs &... More

We paid about $75 for this room in late July, + $5 for parking, so I call that $80. Room was modern & very stylish, and spotlessly clean. There is some neat artwork in the parking lot… We weren't really interested in style, but it is a nice touch. Large, nicely tiled shower (no bathtub). Standard continental breakfast of cereal... We Made reservation at this hotel based on advertising pictures and representatives. But its way overdone! They started the renovation but Didn't complete it! If they do complete to the advertising level it would serve people well without frustration!!! We occupied 6 rooms and none were completed as promised!

The best part of our stay was that the room was clean and recently renovated, but that was it. The train ran by the hotel all night, making it hard to sleep. The check-in area was dirty and smelled. The breakfast was terrible. There wasn't enough room for everyone in the breakfast room, the breakfast was cold and not enough... More

This hotel was a very pleasant experience for us during our weekend stay over the 4th of July weekend in 2014. The hotel used to be a Ramada, and since the Ruby brand has taken over it appears to have undergone large renovation work and is in very nice shape! The room we had was VERY clean, and we are... This hotel wasn't exactly what I expected. It's more of a motel style when I was thinking it was going to be an indoor type hotel. However, it was very clean, and the staff was fantastic! I was never wanting for anything. Walls were a little thin, but not overly noisy.
