Loved my stay! Friendly staff, adorable rooms, and the location make this hotel my favorite in Spokane! The discount on drinks at the lounge was also a great bonus! They also have bikes and guides to help you explore the area!

What a great use of an old crappy Howard Johnson Motel. Nice facelift, cool art, really lovely tile work in the bathrooms. Comfortable bed. I heard the nearby train when I first laid down but then slept so well I never heard it again. Lastly, super duper friendly gals at the front desk.

Me and my two kids stayed and really had a nice time. In the heart of downtown. (Borrowed Ruby's bikes and had a blast peddling around the waterfront.) Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee makers int he room would would be my only request.

Overhaul good experience except for all the hidden fees and taxes and charges you added to my room tell me how much the room cost upfront And there's a funky smell in your room sometimes not sure what it's like

Only to be fair the trains are right there. We did not have a problem with the noise of the trains, but you should know about them. The room was clean and the decor was nice. A nice picture of Johnny Cash hangs on the wall. The beds we found to be very comfortable and the pillows much nicer than... More

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely decor and a good location right downtown. This hotel is a good price compared to others in the area. It was clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast. However, it is right beside the train tracks so it was a bit loud. Lots of parking available for only $5 a night.

The main plus of this hotel is that it is located in downtown and the room inside was great. Big king size bed, a lovely large bathroom with a great big shower, super clean, very nice staff and a free continental breakfast in the morning. The Big negative is that the rooms face the courtyard which is very noisy (... More

I was really happy with how clean the rooms are, how well-updated they are and how affordable they are based on where the hotel is located. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Spokane!

This was our second stay. We initially chose Ruby2 because of its convenient location to the Amtrak Train Station, and proximity to shopping and restaurants downtown. Althought it is in the style of an older motel, the renovated exterior and rooms are very nice. While others complain about noise from proximity to train tracks, this should not bother regular sleepers... More
