Great value.!Great location! Walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. Free parking right outside our room, made it very convenient for our 2 night stay. Our room was located on ground floor, further from the Office, and elevated train tracks. Honestly, the train did not disturb us, and my husband is a very light sleeper. Overall, we were happy with... more

I expected this to be a bare bones hotel. However I did not expect the staff to attempt to place us in a room that had not yet been cleaned. There was popcorn everywhere and the bathroom was filthly. Then we were placed in a "clean" room that was not much better. The room smelled bad. While my hubby was... more

We hit town on Boxing Day, with the city pretty much paralysed with snow. We were pleasantly surprised to see the hotel parking lot shovelled clean, and I do mean shovelled...the manager and his wife were each on the ends of shovels applying the finishing touches. Our room was ready for us when we arrived at 1pm for an early... more

I stayed here with my 2 year old September 2008. There was a very loud train that went by every 15 minutes about 20 feet from my room, including the middle of the night. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well. It is within walking distance to downtown shopping, but hides behind the Davenport's shadow in a back alley....a bit... more

Promised to give our wedding party a 20% discount from a rate of $69. Instead charged $99 and charged us a nights stay even though we had not stayed their or intended to stay. We gave our credit card information to lock in the wedding party rate for our guests. Every single guest was hustled. Owner of the hotel is... more

I checked in at 4:00pm on Saturday August 30th 2008. After seeing the room, I asked Orbitz to refund my money, which they did promptly and I stayed at another hotel. The room was a mess. I pulled back the bed spread because it looked as though it was not made up correctly or that someone had just gotten out... more

I've read other reviews of this property but each time I stay here I've been completely satisfied. Bottom line: I always get a great price, parking is free, the location for local concert venues (and anything downtown for that matter) is awesome, and I can park and walk to just about anywhere. I've never been up early enough to try... more

Even before the domestic disturbance broke out down the hall at midnight, this place was a serious disappointment compared to other Ramadas at which I've stayed. The hotel is located about 150 feet from an elevated train track, and at least five trains clattered by between 9 p.m. and when the police finally left at 1 a.m. Every other little... more

We booked this hotel for the location. Upon arriving there we saw and heard the train. Next, we were given a different room that we had booked, a double queen. This room was next to the office plus it smell like smoke. We request another room and they gave us a room that was not clean, there was still garbage.... more
