Better than most Fairfields with good landscaping, plentiful parking, complimentary breakfast, clean and well maintained carpeting and other decor, 2 computers, pool, hot tub and exercise facility. The hotel was just off the main north/south business road on one side, a Courtyard on one side and university buildings on the other; the hotel itself was on quieter side streets. Our... More

I stayed here on a short business trip in November 2011. This Fairfield Inn is freshly renovated, and really is very comfortable. Hotel was much better than most Fairfields. Staff were exceptional. They provided great suggestions for dinner out. Hotel is across the street from the convention center and near several good restaurants, including a dandy local watering hole and... More

Clean, excellent amenities and worth the price. We will definitely stay there again.

As a very picky Marriott Rewards member, I stay at Fairfield Inns when I'm traveling for a specific purpose (not for vacation per se) as they're nice enough for a place to sleep and to grab a quick breakfast. But this Fairfield exceeded expectations. The front desk staff was helpful and knowledgable about the surrounding area, esp. restaurants, shopping and... More

I booked a room in this hotel just to be close to the Spokane Airport for an early morning flight. Imagine my surprise. A spotlessly clean, just renovated hotel. The staff was helpful and outgoing and even let me grab breakfast before the official opening time. Nice. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Newly renovated. Had a king room which was a little smallnbut very clean. Definitely stay here again. Close to the water and in walking distance of several restaurants.

Stayed over Labor-Day Weekend (college move-in season - a combo of business and family) -- though the room was clean and reasonably outfitted, the overall experience fell short of what we'd expect from a Marriott. Indifferent/lackluster front-of-house; no newspaper; under-staffed, under-supplied breakfast room/shift both mornings (a single helper, different each day, and many empty chafing dishes) despite a high capacity... What we mostly care about in a motel is: cleanliness, maintenance, and quietness. We stayed 1 night mid Sep-2011. Excellent!! Extremely well maintained, spotless, everything is as new, spacious. Good location, 2 minute walk to the beautiful riverfront park. Friendly and helpful staff. I would give them 6 stars if I only could! Bottom line: Very good choice. Highly recommended,... More

This place is a bit overpriced for Spokane: ($150 incl tax) I stayed there because of the legendary Marriott service quality (Fairfield is a Marriott Brand), but I was quite disappointed this time. I had planned to get several hours of work done, but ended up on the phone with tech support until 11pm, trying to get the wireless to... More
