This hotel was great for the business traveler. The hotel and my room were clean and updated, the room had a microwave and small fridge. The breakfast selection was good. The location can't be beat if you need to visit Gonzaga University, and it's across the road from the Spokane River and park, a beautiful place to walk. I must... more

My room was clean & the rates were good. You are across the river from downtown Spokane - so it is a 15 min. walk. My hair dryer kept stopping while I was using it & the air conditioner also had to be restarted periodically. The breakfast was okay...but the yogurt came in a big bowl instead of individual containers... more

We would stay here again any day!! It is a very nice place for the price and the breakfast is great! The room was clean and the people were very nice. We have 3 very young children and there were no problems at all. We did not see any teens at all... so don't beleive the post above saying it... more

I had read the reviews of this property and decided to stay based on the positive comments. When confirming our reservation, I specifically asked about any groups staying that night and was told that there were no groups booked in. We pulled up to a lovely property, and then we saw one bus, then another. Yep, there were several teenage... more

This is a standard Holiday Inn - good location in walking distance to centre of town. OUr ground floor room had two entrances - one inside and one to car park making our overnight stop very convenient. Standard breakfast fare and two computers with free internet access. Very helpful staff. more

We stayed in this for 4 nights. Holiday Inn Express is located right downtown and is a great location if you are spending your time downtown. It was exactly what was expected: comfortable beds, free and easily accessed wi-fi, free breakfast. The hotel does have an exercise room and offers shared computers with printer access. I give the hotel extra... more

When we first came to this hotel it looked nice. It was up on a hill and the staff was nice and friendly to my daughter(which is always a plus in my book). As soon as we got into our room we smelled the bathroom.. it smelled as if someone used it quite recently and I don't mean pee! We... more

I don't know what the statistics are for when reviews are written/ submitted with TripAdvisor, but I wanted to get this online right away - we just got back tonight from 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Downtown Spokane. I may not be a Pulitzer Prize winning writer...But I really did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last... more

This property is close to LOTS of things to do in downtown Spokane. It's very close to Riverfront Park and the convention center. It's located on a bluff, so I was concerned about the parking. But there ended up being plenty of parking available, in a lot, not a garage! The room was an OK size, but I really had... more

Have to agree with the other reviewers. Good breakfast bar (although no fresh waffles, only eggo), nicely furnished lobby (views of downtown to go with breakfast), good service, pleasant staff. Because the hotel sits on a bluff just north of downtown, every room has a view, the rooms on the south side of the hotel have views of a portion... more
