Clean and comfortable hotel. It's strongpoint is it's staff; they are genuinely friendly and work hard to promptly attend to requests. I usually stay in 5-star properties, so this was a pleasant surprise: you don't have to spend a lot of money to recieve great service. more

We are fans of HIEs. We've stayed in 5 different ones and they are great. But this is the best of the five. All the staff were very helpful. When it comes to customer service, this HI Express deserves an award!!! The staff is fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. If only the room experience had been as top-notch. RESERVATIONS: Made on-line. This hotel is very well situated and it has all the good qualities others have mentioned. We booked a "suite," which turned out to be a unit with a jet tub, large living area and a completely separate bedroom with two queen beds. We were extremely pleased. more

My wife and I brought a friend with us so we needed to purchased two rooms, I was strapped for cash because I have two family members in care facilities. The price,service and location were great! I would love to stay again in this hotel. One thing I would change if I could be of an assistance please call me. more

Two words- soft and firm- these are the pillow choices- which are labelled. This was the perfect ending to our trip to Glacier National Park. This hotel was great for the business traveler. The hotel and my room were clean and updated, the room had a microwave and small fridge. The breakfast selection was good. The location can't be beat if you need to visit Gonzaga University, and it's across the road from the Spokane River and park, a beautiful place to walk. I must... more

My room was clean & the rates were good. You are across the river from downtown Spokane - so it is a 15 min. walk. My hair dryer kept stopping while I was using it & the air conditioner also had to be restarted periodically. The breakfast was okay...but the yogurt came in a big bowl instead of individual containers... more
