We stayed for one night while passing through the Spokane area. The outside is nothing special as it's a 5-story, stand-alone building surrounded by a small parking lot in the middle of town. (Wouldn't recommend if you travel with a dog, and need some where to walk them, or have a really big vehicle.) The inside is bright and clean,... More

We enjoyed our stay here and got a great rate booking through Choice Hotels ($64-72 per night). Plus, the free breakfast was beyond the make-your-own waffles breakfast. There were fresh scrambled eggs, hash browns, meat, and some variety in that each morning, plus fresh fruit, and the basics. The desk staff was very cheerful, friendly, and helpful. We needed to... I was traveling long-distance, cross country and was looking for a University/Downtown exit as flagged on the hotel description! There is no such exit! So... make sure of the exit number, I think 282A from the west, 282B from the east? I had to circle back...as missed it during early morning. I was a bit frustrated by an inexperienced early... North of I-90 exit 282A – be careful for interstate traffic merging on the frontage roads! Approach and enter the better driveway via E 3rd Ave (one-way, east-bound). E 2nd Ave, on the back side of the hotel, is also a one-way street and it runs west. Free parking, luggage carts, professional staff. Fast, free WiFi. Free breakfast on 5th... More

We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived around 2:00 - just after check-in time. We did not have to wait in line at the counter, but were helped right away. From the hotel desk we could see into the room where the swimming pool and the hot tub were and after seeing how nice it was, we couldn't wait to... More

Very rarely do I give a 1 star review; you truly have to earn it to score so poorly. Nevermind the unkempt room that was thrown together since ours was given away after we called and informed the hotel that we were arriving later on in the night. We thought we received just compensation from the hotel and were content.... More

see photos - it was creepy dirty in all the public areas (tho our room was ok) and the people we encountered in the lobby and elevators would explain all the posted signage EVERYWHERE warning you that you were on surveillance cameras. I had to take an ambien to get to sleep. Never, ever have stayed in a property that... More

Our tennis team stayed three nights in this hotel last week. The building is old. However the staff including the owner very very nice and went out of their way to help us with every detail. I am pretty spoiled as a general rule and thought the beds, linens, pillows great. It was super hot and the air conditioner worked... More

When arrived, room type not available. Asked to switch next day, said no. No remote control in room, keys didn't work, ice machine on our floor broken, slooooow elevator, bathroom door unpainted (like never finished), dated decor. When complained, put the blame on me, didn't care, didn't respond, didn't even reduce the cost of 3-night stay. Management seems like simply... More
