A well run motel/hotel. Room was comfy and everything worked. Great breakfast on top floor. Everything clean and functional. This place would pass my "wife test". I got a good price, too. So I would stay there again. One point off for location (seedy area of town) and no luggage rack.

We had some car troubles on a trip and had to stay here. We chose it because they let us bring our cats. And they let us park our trailer in front of the building because we couldn't fit in the parking lot. So that was all very nice. The hotel itself is a bit run down, dreary seeming. It... More

From the outside I was nervous. Big ugly pink bldg. location of town not so nice. But the lobby was nice. And then we were pleasantly surprised by size and brightness of room. Room was clean. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was sparse. All in all good stay

I must say that from the outside, it doesn't look like much but the inside of the hotel is very nice, the personnel is very warm, friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable with nice linens and pillows. They have free shuttle to/from airport and they also gave us a ride in their shuttle for $5pp to get to... More

This was a nice hotel near downtown. The area isn't the greatest but the hotel is very nice. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of restaurants and attractions in the area. The room was large and comfortable. The free breakfast was great. There were a number of hot entrees available as well as a pancake machine... More

Glad to have Google Maps to get to the Hotel- one way streets make it interesting to get to destinations... Once we arrived it was easy to see and get around the hotel street location. The Hotel was Clean. My 6yr old Son really enjoyed the pool... But, the room smelled liked old smoke & musty locker room. I think... More

Really comfortable bed, linens and pillows. Amenities included pool and hot tub (lights were out during open hours and had to find on own), exercise room, cookies at night, very good breakfast, flat screen TV, mini-fridge and microwave. Room was small, exhaust fan in bathroom filthy, carpet and phones were rather dated and I couldn't get local calls through. Only... More

Because of Comfort Inn's corporate policy of points expiring quite soon, I do my best to avoid the chain completely. This weekend it seemed like the best option. I'm not impressed. Super-slow check-in, hot tub broken, missing key for the treadmill, REALLY SLOW INTERNET. Hotel just seems a bit long-in-the-tooth and run down. I just arrived this evening. Hopefully the... More

Having stayed at many Comfort Inn hotels in the past, I'd say on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst, this would rate not much higher than a 3 at best. The pictures lead you to believe it is a much nicer place than it is. We reserved a "King Suite" but the room was so small, you could... More

We stayed here because we were flying out of Spokane first thing in the morning. They were already overpriced for what they offered but again raised their prices again because most of the other hotels in the area were booked for the weekend. (Good thing they don't own the gas station). This place really was gross. The bed looked like... More
