Really comfortable bed, linens and pillows. Amenities included pool and hot tub (lights were out during open hours and had to find on own), exercise room, cookies at night, very good breakfast, flat screen TV, mini-fridge and microwave. Room was small, exhaust fan in bathroom filthy, carpet and phones were rather dated and I couldn't get local calls through. Only... More

Because of Comfort Inn's corporate policy of points expiring quite soon, I do my best to avoid the chain completely. This weekend it seemed like the best option. I'm not impressed. Super-slow check-in, hot tub broken, missing key for the treadmill, REALLY SLOW INTERNET. Hotel just seems a bit long-in-the-tooth and run down. I just arrived this evening. Hopefully the... More

Having stayed at many Comfort Inn hotels in the past, I'd say on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst, this would rate not much higher than a 3 at best. The pictures lead you to believe it is a much nicer place than it is. We reserved a "King Suite" but the room was so small, you could... More

We stayed here because we were flying out of Spokane first thing in the morning. They were already overpriced for what they offered but again raised their prices again because most of the other hotels in the area were booked for the weekend. (Good thing they don't own the gas station). This place really was gross. The bed looked like... More

We made our reservations for adjoining rooms, when called to see when we could check in they tried to tell us it was going to cost more to get what we had reserved. The floor we were in stunk like old smoke, I'm assuming it was an old smoking floor! Our TV didn't work maintenance was called in to try... More

Not the fanciest of hotels but it is good for the price. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in around the same price range this one is excellent. Service was friendly, breakfast was excellent, room was comfortable and nice. The bathtub/bathroom could have been a bit nicer but the room itself was fine. Rooms have microwave, fridge, etc. We went... More

Good location close to I-90. Nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Property was full with sports teams but it was quiet at night. Would have no problem staying again when visiting this area of Spokane.

It's not new, but it was very clean and comfortable. The price was very attractive, and I don't care if the colors are dated - I can't see them when I'm sleeping. Breakfast was simple but very good. The staff were all very cheerful and friendly. We'll be happy to stay here again.

We had a sad personal reason for staying here, my very ill sister who needed to see a specialist whose office is across the street. Unexpectedly, she asked us to remain beyond the time we thought we would be there. Therefore, we did have special needs that might not be so important to everyone. The most impressive thing was the... More
