Dreary interior, dirty tub, very poor breakfast, loud a/c. If you have stayed in a number of hotels, you will not be happy here. However...the reception staff was very nice, and the group price was fairly cheap. I personally would rather pay a little more and get a little more. more

Stayed here one night using points from hotel chain. Was pleasantly surprised. It isn't close to restaurants, except one, but with a car it was a short drive to the downtown area. The room was very nice and the desk clerk was quite pleasant. The breakfast was quite good. I would definitely stay here again. more

While this hotel is downtown, it is about a mile from the convention center and I probably wouldn't want to walk there as the surrounding neighborhood is a bit shabby. We chose to stay here twice because of travel budgets (usually we stay at the Oxford Inn and Suites). We've been to two other Shilo Inns that were just fantastic and were quite surprised how much lower in quality this one was compared to other Shilo Inns.
