I got this hotel bidding in Priceline. I was given a standard room and offered a renovated one for an extra $10 during check in. I declined and kept the standard one. It was basic, but clean and OK. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

If you need a cheap and easy place to stay in Spokane and do not plan on staying in the room except to sleep this is a good option. Just off the freeway so easy in and easy out if you are traveling I-90.
