Only had a single queen room, but it was very small. The day-to-day cleaning seemed acceptable, but the room badly needed a deep cleaning (dirty furniture, mildew in tub cracks, etc.). Breakfast was average though seating seemed tight. Location strangely in an industrial neighborhood. Didn't necessarily seem unsafe, just weird.

We chose this place because it was mid-way between downtown and the valley, and because of a good AARP rate. Because of the snarky reviews my expectations were low. So imagine my pleasure when I got a courteous, helpful greeting, a spacious, clean room, and a quiet restful night. The manager saw me limping and immediately offered me a ground... More

The staff is atrocious, save one very nice and professional desk clerk named Michael. At check in I was charged over $40 more than told when I booked the reservation. The woman, Raj, who did the check in lied, claiming the man who took my reservation wasn't there, yet he came to the front and argued I was mistaken, I... More

The outside doors should only work with key cards. But NO. They are unlocked all the time. Looked like blood on box springs and table in room had a broken leg. Desk clerks and manager could use more training in customer service. Took 10 minutes for water to get hot. Just dont stay. Choose a motel 6 instead.

I say 50/50 because, check in was great, friendly service, especially liked that the guy said, "your rooms not quite ready yet, maybe 10 more minutes, but I dont want to tell her because she might hurry". That sounds like someone who knows his employees and cares about his guests. BUT... rooms are not fancy, a little outdated, BUT it... More

First, the gentleman who checked us in was great, super friendly and just a nice person. I believe his name was Michael. After our interaction with Michael, our experience was all downhill from there. The room we had was supposed to be nonsmoking. When we opened the door, it was very clear that the nonsmoking policy had definitely not been... More

This Rodeway Inn is clean and well cared for. The staff were nice and the price was low. Location not bad, close to the interstate. Don't be fooled by the big trucks everywhere, at night it's a quite area.

I stayed in room 210 two nights, Friday and Saturday, in April, 2014. There's a Kenworth truck shop across the street. Because it was the weekend, I assume, it was really quiet. The room was mostly clean and pretty basic, better than a Motel 6, but not fancy. It had an office refrigerator, but no microwave oven. The smoke alarm(?)... More

We stayed 5 days at the Rodeway while visiting family in Spokane. The price was very reasonable for this extended stay. Although parts of the building look rather tired, our room was clean, had all of the amenities that we needed (TV, Wifi, refrigerator), and the manager was very helpful, even through a change of rooms. If you bring a... More
