Lots of positives....clean,cozy room, comfortable bed, friendly people....spent the night here after fishing all day....the prime rib at the restaurant across the street is pretty good, and the Soap Lake Businessman's Club is something to experience... And that pretty much sums up the town... Will go back..

Well here we are again, my husbands favourite fishing hole, and two nights at the unique Notaris Lodge. Comfortable beds, fuzzy towels and plenty of them, great place for the price for two, $75, and fishing was great. Good restaurant across the street "Dons", and a great Russian grocery store nearby, with foodstuffs youve never seen before.. Nothing else doing... More

Great theme room (Old Mexico) with mineral spa. Log construction with high ceilings & tile design details. Park next to your front door and real quiet. Eat first or bring a snack. Not much open after 9PM.

Mineral water Jacuzzi - VERY COOL! Over zealous in the mineral water?...there may be consequences! Large room, king bed, two person shower is a great idea. Spider in the Jacuzzi on check in. Spider on the counter next morning. Décor of the Ol' Mexico room - 14 - very interesting. Epoxy primitives in furnishings are so interesting. Nearly two hours... More

I have been staying here for many years so it was my first choice when buying tickets for Watershed 2014 at the Gorge. It's about a 30 minute drive one way from the concert venue but well worth the drive so we did not have to camp at the Gorge. The lodge is located right on Soap Lake and has... More

I really wish I could have reviewed this place, as it was grand looking. But they had lost my reservation, and were completely booked. Seemed like this happened quite a bit, as the lady looked less then shocked. She did help me find another place to stay (luckily) because there was no vacancy just about everywhere we went!

We needed a place to stay after a concert at The Gorge on the way to the Coulee Dam. We scored. This "lodge" is conveniently located right off the main road and consists of log cabins of different sizes. We had the Honeymoon Room, a spacious room with a peaceful rustic atmosphere and all the comforts. The price is absolutely... More

Our trip started by flying into Seattle and then driving across Washington to Hells Canyon. We were planning to stay at the Waterville Historic Hotel, but on Sunday before our Tues night reservation, we got a call from the owner to tell us that the smoke was really bad and suggested staying at Soap Lake instead. He suggested the Notaras... More

We stayed here on the first night of our vacation in the Mrs. No room. The room was so cozy and neat, we loved looking at all the treasures in the room. My hubby who is picky about where he stays gave it a two thumbs up. After checking out the lake and having dinner, we took a soak in... More

My sister and I stayed in the Memories room. Immaculate and quiet. Very nicely decorated and super comfortable. So very restful. We loved the lake. Perfect place for a get away. We have nothing but praise and happiness for our stay.
