I will never return here again, I had been here before about four years ago and it was a great experience but aparently they have changed owners and boy am I sorry that I had to pay these people for two camp sites over a three day period of misery. To start off They were very racist! in all forms,shapes... More

We recently purchased the resort. The old staff and management are no longer running the resort. We have professional resort management and a hospitality staff that cares strongly about our guests experiences. Our reservation policies and park rules are clearly spelled out on our website and explained by our reservation staff at check-in. We do have a wristband system, which... More

We booked Soap Lake RV per a friends suggestion. Our friends had been to the camp 5 years ago when it was a private membership camp. Well things have changed. We checked in and had asked for a site in row G away from the kids areas since it was just my self and my husband. We ended up in... More

The "cabins" are actually just RVs and not really worth the price but they are really nice. The pool was nice and the owners were pretty awesome. Overall a great laid back place to stay.

My wife and spent several wonderful days at the resort. Many of the things I saw in earlier negative submissions was not an issue at all, the staff was wonderful. They just completed brand new deck and hot tub, bathrooms were very clean and the park was on its way to full bloom. Close enough to town for shopping, and... More

Stayed here in June and came back in August. Friendly staff. Girl at desk was not too welcoming but was helpful none the less. Friendly Ron will bother you at some time with a sales pitch to some resort membership. But he will let you alone if you decline. Many families with small children, all having great fun and not... We arrived there on Wed afternoon. As soon as I saw it was located beside the main highway with very small campsites and no buffer zones between the sites, I thought this would not be a good combination. The first night we had a rough wind storm (about 50 km/hour winds) and were able to finally go to bed after... More

We went midweek, Tue thru Thurs. and even though it was the end of June yet summer, the office closed before 7 PM both nights so that you could not use their equipment if you had planned to do so such as horseshoes, shuffleboard (turned out they don't have that anymore anyway) and miniture golf.\and fitness center. Otherwise, the grounds... More

Upon arriving we found the campsite for a party of 8 was interely too small. We had a fire pit right by our tent. The staff was incrediblely rude at each encounter. They road around on the golf cart nit picking at different things, ie people playing music loudly but quiet time was not until 11pm. The "beach" not a... More

We recently purchased the resort. We are undertaking a major renovation of the resort, including enlarging the tent and RV sites to make them more comfortable. The previous owners had very different procedures and policies. The tent sites are set up for a maximum of 6 people. Our policies do allow for a prorated refund if a guest checks out... More

My husband and I visited Soap Lake RV Resort last year and plan to be there (hopefully) this August, 2009. Totally enjoyed the ice cream social and having breakfast prepared for me. One of the best features of the park is that it is located directly across the street from my niece and her family, so we could walk to... More
