I was expecting what was represented on the Internet. It was not to be. The sites are dirt. The lake stinks and is so disgusting, fish do not live in it. The place is infested with gnats, mosquitos and thousands of dragonflies. The pool is nice, yet over-run with children, uncontrolled. The laundry room stinks and is dirty; I will... More

They are in the process of rebuilding the RV park, with more spots suitable for big rigs. The lots themselves are gravel. The grounds are charming and there is a lot of potential here. The reservation system is convenient and modern, and the people who staff the place are very nice. The beach is a bit muddy with very soft... More

Thank you for your review and feedback. We always strive to listen to our guests feedback to further improve the resort. The park sits on a mineral lake and the east side of our beach happens to be where the prevailing winds shift the lake sediment to. It is an annual rejuvenation project where annually we need to scrape the... More

I made a reservation on 3/5/2015 for a one night stay on 06/10/2015 at Smokiam R.V. Resort. I promptly mailed a reservation deposit check (I don’t use credit cards) for $42.86. The check was cashed and cleared my bank on 03/09/2015. My travel plans changed, conflicting with this trip. I called the onsite manager five (5) times over a two... More

The new owners have done an amazing job. Its still work in progress, but it won't be long that everything has changed. The tree's have been trimmed and look beautiful. We've stayed there in the past and were not happy. The new owners have up-dated, or in the process of up-dating everything. They even had cable TV installed, enabling us... More

WE used to come here 1-2 times during a summer with previous owners because we believe that healing waters is good for you. Always liked the place but always had few complaints (place needed an upgrade) Last summer we stopped by when new owner took over and we are very happy and excited to see all the changes. Planning to... More

So happy to see the updates going on. Clubhouse remodeled. Lawns are beautiful. New luxurious pool furniture. New cabins. New playground. I heard there are teepee and some kind of water play area on the way. The new owners are doing so much to make this a premier RV vacation spot. I will recommend this park to all my friends... More

The new owners have transformed the formerly run down property into one of Washington's finest RV Resorts. And they are still making improvement. The Park sits on the shores of ahealing mineral water lake surrounded by stunning basalt canyon walls making up the Grand Coulee.
