In August we had made plans to stay 3 nights, over two trips, at the Summit Inn at Snowqualmie Pass. We selected this motel because of several good experiences in the past when they were still a Best Western associated hotel. Our first clue that this was not going to be a good experience was that the Best Western sign... more

We needed a "midway point" between Spokane and the Olympic Peninsula to meet friends for planning a fall trip. The lodge was comfortable and staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Adjoining restaurant was convenient and food was OK. The off-season atmosphere was quiet and great for our purposes. We would do it again! more

I travel a lot on business and with my family, and this hotel caused me to do something I have NEVER done before - check out immediately and find another hotel for that night. The website photos way oversell this place - the quality of the rooms and facilities as well as the location. Rooms - the entire room was... more

I just can't understand the reviews that talk about the terrible staff at the Inn. We have two dogs, one small and one large, and it is often very difficult to find places that will accept the large dog, despite his sweet and calm nature. The staff were so kind and accommodating and helpful, and loved our dogs. The rooms... more

The worst stay possible Took my 10 year old son away for a fun weekend of snowboarding. No one slept at all because the room beside us had a huge dog that bark the entire night. We started complaining to the front desk at 7:00 pm and nothing was done. The poor animal barked nonstop until 2:30 in the morning... more

We are a pet friendly hotel we always have been and will continue to be. Not all pet owners are as responsibile as we would hope they would be. The front desk did everything possible to contact the owners of the dog but were unable to do so. At midnight the owners returned and took care of the dog. We...

Terrible, filthy dirty and rude staff! The rooms stick, nothing works, everything is broken. No parking except on the resturant side a mile away. Never again! The only plus to this property is the restuarant......fast and friendly service with GREAT food! Reuben rocks! We will stay in North Bend and Ski next time. more

We have added new housekeeping staff to the Summit Lodge. I am sorry that she had a bad experience but because of her experience we have made several changes to the way the hotel manages our housekeeping staff. We had some problems with our amenities this winter but have recently replaced all the appliances for the Hot tub, Dry Spa...

We would never stay here again unless we began to read good reviews prior. i wish I would have seen these reviews prior to our ski trip. We had just had a long day of flying, renting a car and driving to this Hotel . We arrived about 4:00pm to be told we did not have a reservation. We had... more

We checked in to find our "upgraded" room to be filthy! I am not sure what was splattered all over the ceiling, but it wasn't anything I wanted to look at while lying in bed. The room stunk and the cheap carpet was bunching up all over the floor. We changed rooms to get one just about as dirty, but... more

Summit Lodge has new housekeeping staff, have brand new beds in all the rooms and will be painting and replacing the carpet this summer. The fireplace in the lobby is repaired and working great. I hope that they will return this winter and give us another chance.

We recently stayed in their family suite, which is basically a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen right in the hotel. Everything was great. The room was ready, the people at the desk were friendly and helpful, the kitchen was well stocked, the rooms in the suite are big and well furnished. They have an outside heated pool which... more

I have stayed there before, because it is the only option for Snoqualmie with a pool for the kids. In the past the hottub has been broken or dirty, the pool was OK. It is always loud and noisey. I made a reservation and was unable to stay. I called to cancel and at that point was told they have... more

Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If the pass is closed ( not just for avalance control) we will allow the guest to reschedule thier stay. The pass does have closures thru the winter for short periods of time for avalance work.
