I pulled off the clear road into their driveway between the snow walls. I was suddenly in deep packed ice with ruts and holes. I got my SUV stuck in a deep rut, couldn't go forward or back. Just ahead the parking lot was clear and there was a guy running a big loader with a manager looking guy micromanaging... More

We enjoyed our overnight stay here. It was a short ski trip and needed a place to stay. Lots of snow, the hotel was a winter wonderland. Parking was easy. The staff was VERY kind, got us into our room right away and made the stay very easy. The hotel is in good shape, maintenance is a plus. Our room... More

We decided to stay up at the Pass for a few days so I could practice skiing prior to a trip to Switzerland. The Summit Inn was very reasonable and more than adequate for our needs. We had a microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs, television and good internet. There was nothing fancy, but it certainly served our needs for a... More

Horrible customer service!!! We booked our trip through Expedia... when we got to the hotel we were told our room had been given away and they were at 100% occupancy. We had to argue our right to a room. (The only reason we stayed is because it was 5pm and there wasn't anywhere else to stay) We found left over... More

If you're looking for a decent hotel, this is not the place. It is the only hotel at the summit so there isn't much options. The place is very old and you can tell by the decor. It seems as if the place has not been updated in years if not decades. They don't have the cheap quality box TVs... More

This is not to be compared with a luxury suite. But, it is sufficient. The front desk was very helpful. The room was clean and the stay was uneventful. Not many places to dine with family, but we made do with some pizza a couple doors down. There is precious little to do here at this exit, so we drove... More

Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, clean. Our stay was for the Cascade Crest 100 mile running race. I wandered in and out late at night and early in the morning. The restaurant connected to the inn is about the quality of a local Denny's, but you can get good coffee next door. The location is everything here. They don't have competitors.

Great views, Nice, historic, Rustic hotel. Great views, great hiking. If you love the outdoors this is great place to stay. Will be back for ski season, lifts are less then a block away. Good Clean Rooms with air conditioning for all year around. Nice and quite area. Laundry facilities on site.

You literally are at the top of the pass. The hotel is very rustic. If you are looking for a modern hotel you are in the WRONG place. The hotel it's self is nothing special but it is such a beautiful location. The bathroom was really small, so hard for 3 girls to get ready at the same time, I... More

We never got a chance to go. Snoquamie hasn't been getting much snow this season (not their fault, but no ours either). I had initially booked a room to celebrate my son's 13th birthday which was also going to include snowboard lessons for him and his friends, but that weekend was canceled. We rescheduled but my son ended up coming... More
