Went to relax and wind down at a luxurious location and were greatly disappointed. Tried to save a bit and booked the "historic" room. What a joke, overlooked the garbage dumpster and back of house deliveries. Requested another room was told we would need to pay a lot more to get a better view, yet the hotel was almost empty!... more

Ten of us just completed an overnight stay at The Salish Lodge, and all of us were impressed with the quality of the staff, and the comfort of the rooms. In many respects, we were somewhat demanding as we had a Surprise Party going on within our group and, consequently, needed a fair amount of staff attention. Everything we asked... more

We felt pampered every minute we were there by everyone we encountered. It exceeded my expectations! It was very expensive but it was worth it. The views, the food, the room, the staff were all so wonderful! more

We had a wonderful time. We were greeted by a friendly valet and given a perfect room with a view of the falls. The room was spacious and clean and came with Champagne and a rose! We asked for a corkscrew and it arrived in less than 2 minutes - we thought the room service person was hovering outside our... more

Let's just summarize to say the interactions and experience with the check-in staff and management were the poorest we've ever had. Calling them amateurs would be a stretch. No one seemed to know what was going and would blame other hotel departments! And at one incident we actually caught them snickering about guests who had checked in. The only thing... more

As a surprise for my wife I booked us into the Salish Lodge and rented the best suite they had which was on the 4th floor in the corner. Upon arrival I was impressed with the scenery and the beautiful veiw from the suite but that is where it ended. The furniture was ski resort quality and very dirty and... more

Thank you for your comments about your recent stay with us. I am happy to let you know that the Salish will be undergoing a room renovation beginning in September. I am sorry that no one contacted you about your stay and that the manager did not offer you compensation- they certainly should have. I am glad to hear that...

For our wedding gift my mom and sister gave my husband and I a night’s stay at The Salish Lodge and Spa. We ended up going on his 29th birthday. From the moment we pulled up, everything was so simple. They took our bags to our room, parked our car valet (free parking for guests) and the check-in desk personnel... more

We stayed at Salish on a Wednesday night. We had the place to ourselves! It was very relaxing and romantic. I would recommend missing the crowd and going midweek! The room was clean and nicely decorated. Love the real wood fire place and the bed was super comfy. We had dinner in the Attic cause we were told the dinning... more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Salish Lodge. Snoqualmie Falls was the main reason for our visit to this charming lodge and can be easily viewed from an observation deck next to the lodge. Beautiful, well appointed rooms. (we were upgraded and made use of the fireplace (easy to use, crackling cedar fire), jacuzzi tub, ~ lovely room.) Staff... more
