I was traveling by myself through San Juan Islands and WA state. These cottages are so well located for those that want peace and quiet along with great walking possibilities. The most amazing walk is out to New Dungeness Lighthouse. What a wonderful walk on the beach! Allow lots of time with great rewards of seeing the beautiful lighthouse. I... More

With 36 of us from all over the US converging, we were delighted with the accommodations and the location of this lovely place on Dungeness Bay. Missy & Tom could not have been more gracious or accommodating as they welcomed our family and made us feel at home for the (5) nights we stayed there. The cottages are cozy and... More

Had reservations up near 101, but thought we'd try something a bit unique. This collection of cabins/suites was worth it! We got the hideaway cabin, and the fireplace room...cool, well equipped, units with kitchen and 3/4 fridge. Vintage hot tubs I wouldn't actually use, but kinda 70's vibe that I appreciate! The location on the bay is so quite and... More

Our family rented the entire facility for a wedding Friday 7/31 and Saturday 8/1. The room I was in was so small I could hardly move. The bed was uncomfortable and old. The pillows were universally described as "rocks". Yes, the location is great. And, we all stayed there together. But, whenever we asked for something, either there was no... More

Unwelcoming staff and over priced. We booked the whole place for our wedding guest to stay. Our guests were not treated very well and shocked by how expensive in relation to the quality of the rooms and service. Non of my wedding guests said they would stay here again. Would NOT recommend this place.

This family owned vacation rental spot has wonderful guest service and spectacular views. We stayed in the fireplace room for only one night but I could have stayed for a week if my travel plans would have allowed. Comfortable bed and furniture, clean room, nice little kitchen and the sunset can even be watched from in the two person whirlpool... More

Cottage was clean and in good condition. Kitchen was nice, and was of adequate size for two people. Has TV with cable; TV is on a shelf where it was not the central focus of the room (good since we didn't go there to watch TV). Grounds are well kept. Saw plenty of birds and even a few deer in... This was our first stay at the Juan de Fuca Cottages. The owner and staff are happy to please, and are knowledgeable about eateries and entertainment in the area. The cottage we stayed in included a kitchenette/lunch bar, sitting area, desk, all the usual tv/internet/wifi accommodations, plus a great queen sized bed, spa bath (snuggly bathrobes in the closet), and... This was our second year to spend 4 nights at the cottages while visiting the Sequim area. The peace and quiet are remarkable. Llamas and cows on either side, with occasional visits from nesting eagles and gracing deer. Staff is incredibly helpful. Walks both along the beach and quiet roads are delightful. Certainly not posh, but clean, modern and restful.... More

After a 3-day stay in Seattle for a business meeting, my wife and I along with another couple moved to the Olympic Peninsula for a 4-day vacation. After checking a number of options online for accommodations, we chose the Juan de Fuca Cottages in Sequim. We could not have been more pleased. We stayed in two of the Cottages on... More
