I've stayed twice, and was extremely happy with the service. I checked in late both times and was created by the very friendly owner. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I love the wildflowers outside, and the price is unbeatable. I can't wait to go back there!

We stayed here for two nights, It was already paid for and there is a no refund policy after you pay for the room, if we had seen the room before we paid we would have gone to another hotel. First we had to ask for extra towels and cups for coffee. There were four of us and they did... More

There were three things about Sequim Bay Lodge that were unexpected, but so greatly appreciated that I found it easy to overlook any little thing that might have gone wrong during our 2 night stay. The motel did indeed had lovely plantings of roses and was very spacious and was easy to get to, but the three things that will... More

The people who run this place are unbelievable. They need some lessons in basic courtesy. The man at the front desk could barely be bothered to speak to me and looked irritated when I asked a simple question. And yes, they really do serve cookies for breakfast. The orange juice was made with tap water and tasted like it had... More

We are back in the area visiting family and stopped again at the Sequim Bay Lodge. Turns out it's under new management/owners. There was some confusion on the room as I wanted the King Suite again and was directed to a regular King room. We got it straightened out, but I saw two rooms and they were both very clean.... More

So...I was tempted to write a terrible review of this place, but then I remembered that I only paid $99/night. Granted, the new management called me after I'd booked it at $70/night and told me that they would not be honoring that price, and that I would have to rebook at the new rate. Granted, they then charged us per... More

I try to give hotel owners the benefit of the doubt, but it's hard to do at this place. The Lodge is a spacious place, and even has a short walking trail. That's it for the nice stuff. The bathroom had some serious issues, starting with the Kleenex dispenser which, being metal, was very rusty, as was the metal towel... More

The look of the lodge is very tired but the room was clean and quiet. I don't believe you can categorize what they served in the morning as "breakfast"-cookies, bananas, dry cereal, coffee. After checking out and much further on our trip, we realized we left a leather tote bag behind in the room. When I called and spoke to... More

New (indifferent?) owners; Stale but an alternative to camping or Econolodge Currently, I would only recommend this place as an alternative to camping or the Sequim Econolodge (which was an even worse experience). The negative: My room had an old, stale smoke odor (but not sneeze inducing like Econolodge). Room looked somewhat clean-ish enough (one long hair left in the... More
