Giving this one 4 stars due to the value. We booked in advance and got a $60 rate. What can you expect for a $60 hotel room these days? Not much I would think. It's no Fairmont, but the room was clean, bed was decent (80's style blanket and comforter is hilarious), shower was strong, and room is roomy (surprisingly... More

Stayed for one night, and was glad to have an Expedia discount, which made the room rate very reasonable (originally $75/night). The front desk fellow was friendly enough. Our room was spacious, and I appreciated the refrigerator and the coffee maker and coffee. The small deck looked out over the (winterized) pool. Breakfast was fine - fruit and muffins. I... More

It's sad to realize that a place you enjoyed for many years could be SO disappointing that you will NEVER stay there or recommend it again to friends. WE WERE SO UPSET THAT WE FORFEITED THE MONEY AND FOUND ANOTHER MOTEL !! It used to be friendly, clean, well-managed -- and with previous owners/ managers, we were ALWAYS treated w... More

Well, this is definitely an older facility. The room is very big but the only place to sit is either on the bed or in a steaight backed dining type chair. Neither of which were comfortable choices. Nor were the hard pillows. But it was a clean unit unless you looked at the slider which really needed to be cleaned.... More

This lodge was old, and while yes kept clean, there were a couple of items noticiably neglected. Spider web's along main walkways, bathroom sink facets chrome corroded due to 'bleach' cleaning instead of appropriately cleaning products? Right faucet handle extremely hard to turn, floor boards old enough, that when other room guests walked either along outdoor breezeway, or in room,... More

I've stayed twice, and was extremely happy with the service. I checked in late both times and was created by the very friendly owner. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I love the wildflowers outside, and the price is unbeatable. I can't wait to go back there!

We stayed here for two nights, It was already paid for and there is a no refund policy after you pay for the room, if we had seen the room before we paid we would have gone to another hotel. First we had to ask for extra towels and cups for coffee. There were four of us and they did... More

There were three things about Sequim Bay Lodge that were unexpected, but so greatly appreciated that I found it easy to overlook any little thing that might have gone wrong during our 2 night stay. The motel did indeed had lovely plantings of roses and was very spacious and was easy to get to, but the three things that will... More

The people who run this place are unbelievable. They need some lessons in basic courtesy. The man at the front desk could barely be bothered to speak to me and looked irritated when I asked a simple question. And yes, they really do serve cookies for breakfast. The orange juice was made with tap water and tasted like it had... More

We are back in the area visiting family and stopped again at the Sequim Bay Lodge. Turns out it's under new management/owners. There was some confusion on the room as I wanted the King Suite again and was directed to a regular King room. We got it straightened out, but I saw two rooms and they were both very clean.... More
