My husband and I stayed at Chito Beach for two nights in July. The cabin and grounds are very well kept. The cabin was spotless! The owners take pride in their work. I was impressed that it had what one needed but not too much in the drawers to be messy. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They emphasized... More

A repeat vacation here and this special place retains its natural splendour: the painted skies, the rhythmic beat of the waves, the plentiful bird life, and the gracious hosts. Inner 'batteries' recharge from the restive nature of the place as well as through strolls around the delightful property.

3 day Castaway stay: -Huge, clean, windows that offer AMAZING sunsets and an ongoing change of scenery from EVERY room. Staring out the window becomes your favorite activity. -Proprietors were on premise for needs that arose, but never intrusive. Genuine, nice, folks. Castaway is completely private and quiet. Well equipped. -Kitchen has small frig, convection/microwave oven (bakes great!), and 2... More

This spot was an absolute dream. We spent three days in the "Castaway" cabin 30 feet from the beach. The cabin is lovely and comfortable with a stunning view of the beach. We saw whales, eagles, seals, sea otters, and more right off our deck every day we were there. The owners were super friendly and recommended several attractions that... More

What a lovely stay at chito bay resort. We had the best view of the water. Great exploring the beach. Our hosts were wonderful and helpful. It's a place you want to go back to every time your in the Olympics. We saw seals and Eagles right from our cabin.

This spot is breathtakingly beautiful, the accommodations are lovely, and the staff is delightful. My husband and I spent 5 nights here in the Lighthouse cabin in August of 2013. Not only was the decor (all on a lighthouse theme) charming, the cookware was high quality (sharp knives, etc) and the setting is unparalleled. We fell asleep to the sound... More

My friends and I spent a weekend in the Rainforest cabin. The cabin is right on the beach. It was very clean and well set up with amenities. The owners were fabulous with their hospitality and information. They made a bonfire each evening and were very helpful with information about things to do in the area.

This is a great place for people looking to escape from the urban environment and experience the far reaches of the Olympic Peninsula. Situated on a rocky point jutting out from the edge of a secluded sandy beach. Each cottage has amazing views of the sea. The owner gave me a tour of the property where I found each cabin... More

This tiny resort, operated by truly lovely hosts and a charming exuberant dog, appeals to quirky ecotourist types. We loved it! Our tiny but well equipped cottage was small for three of us, but the view of the ocean, directly outside our door and the kindness of our hosts and their willingness to help with any and all of our...
