The Shelburne is a wonderful historic property in a great location to get to all of the activities on the Long Beach Peninsula. The room my wife and I had (#14) was comfortable with a great couch, chair, coffee table, easy-to-sleep-in bed, and a balcony deck (no TV was a plus for us too). The hotel was built in the... More

Beautiful gardens, nice sitting area in the yard, fantastic meals in the restaurant (fresh caught local salmon, freshly picked mushrooms), delicious, extensive breakfasts (4-5 daily fresh dishes). Our room (#2) was kind of small but the other rooms looked larger. Nice touches; library (books and information on the area), freshly made cookies when we arrived. Owners were as nice as... More

I spent one night in one of the upstairs front rooms. I was impressed by the considerate, care and attention to detail in every part of the room and bathroom. After David’s delicious razor clam chowder, canapés and fine wine dining accompanied by live music from local musician, then a bath, I drew the curtains and slept peacefully. Breakfast was... More

We were fortunate to find a room available at this quaint Inn Saturday night during the Goonie Festival that we had no idea was going on or even what it was. The room we were given was cozy and comfortable, it had a double door opening up to a shared patio. Nice clean bath as well, was happy to see... More

This little Inn is more like a B&B each room has it's own decor, the one we had was small but Comfortable, the food is excellent, one of the best breakfasts we have ever had in the restaurant, very low key place, not for families with children as there are step stairs to the rooms upstairs and overall it's very... This was our 4th night of a 3 week road trip from Victoria to San Francisco. We were greeted warmly and with humour and shown to our room with all appropriate explanations for our stay. We were introduced to the owner, an interesting person (also with a good sense of humour) and an artist whose art, along with others, is... More

We just returned from a trip up the Oregon and Washington coastline. We stay at Unique Inns whenever possible, so we were really looking forward to our stay at the Shelburne Country Inn. The pictures were warm and inviting, and the reviews of the food in the restaurant made our mouths water. The building itself is quite historic and effort... More

We're truly sorry that you were disappointed in your stay with us, and that you weren't able to experience the full offering of our dining room when you were here. Our Chef was on his day off and we are currently training his relief person. The name of our town is Seaview and it was named that in the late... More

We stayed at the Shelburne Inn last weekend and had a wonderful, peaceful, quiet getaway. Everyone on staff was warm and friendly, our room was cozy and comfy, and we enjoyed the sense of getting away from tv, work, computers (though they do offer free wifi) at a historic inn. But I really have to talk about the food. The... More

While working our way back up the coast to Canada, we overnighted at the seriously historic Shelburne Inn. This was our second visit, which tells you that it's a favorite. We stayed in a room on the second floor with a little balcony overlooking the herb garden. As others have already noted, the website photos give you an accurate portrayal... More

My wife & I spent 3 nights at the historic Shelburne County Inn in Seaview, WA over the Valentine's/President day weekend. We loved our Victorian-style room, complete with 4-poster bed & claw-foot tub/shower, along with a semi-private deck right off our room. Included in the cost of the room was a delicious "gourmet" breakfast in the beautifully decorated dining room.... More
