This is one of those times I wish I could rate a 2.5. The staff was very helpful to me. I drove over from Eastern Washington late on a Sunday night, in order to catch a flight bright and early Monday morning. The fact that I could simply grab my carry on bag, walk to the elevator less than a... More

Let's start with the room. The air conditioner leaked water onto the floor, the telephone and the hair dryer didn't work, and the window didn't have a fastening lock on it. The hotel itself was a maze. The receptionists were rude and didn't know quality service, and believe it or not, said IT WAS OKAY FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER TO... More

The hotel lobby was great, but the room was old and outdated. Right by the airport with a great shuttle, but the hallways and the main elevator are old and scary. The floor was squishy and the elevator made you feel like it was going to drop you at any second.

Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Restraunt food was good at dinner and breakfast along with friendly service. Didn't use pool area but checked it out, serious need of cleaning and painting. Rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable but room and other furniture needed updating. Bathroom counter had been updated but water pressure and temperature was bad, ran... More

Expected worse. Stopped on way back home and wanted to see the sights. Lightrail station is 3 min. walk from hotel. Up the elevator and walk over the street and up to the next level for the rail. 20 minute ride to Westlake shopping center in downtown Seattle. Connection to Seattle Center and the rest of Seattle.

The room was clean and fine, staff is nice and the location is next to the LINK line, so that's a plus. And comparatively cheap. Most hotels around downtown Seattle were around 3 to 4 hundred dollars a night. Only downside was that there was no hot water for the shower. Not sure why. That's my only complaint.

This hotel is minutes away from the airport and light rail station. We came to see the city midday Thursday and left for a cruise on Saturday, and could get downtown in about forty minutes without the worries of driving. The accommodations were adequate for sleeping and showers and wifi access to plan our explorations. Staff was helpful. The airport... More

We travel a lot. We understand airport area hotels. But this place is awful. Shabby, poor cleanliness, tiny rooms, water damage in the rooms, no Kleenex, slow hot water and at about 1230 am a major leak into the bathroom from a fellow victim taking a shower. You are better off sleeping overnight at the airport.

Upside: short walks to lightrail and SEATAC Airport; better than average hotel wifi service with 6 Mbps download speed and strong signal; clean room; microwave; frig and effective AC unit. Downside: persistent tobacco smoke residue odor (possibly from smokers in parking lot); flat screen HDTV with stretched view analog TV service; night shift clerk was effective, but curt and not... We stayed here as we dropped off my son at SeaTac. Staff was helpful, location perfect, shuttle fast and rooms ok. No free breakfast but there was food service that was inexpensive and available until 10 pm. Shuttle was 24 hours. The hotel is older but has had some updating. Rooms small, especially the bathroom, which needed modernizing in this... More
