I usually stay next door at the Crowne Plaza, but last minute layover had me here. In my past experiences with Clarion Hotels, they were like an upscale Quality Inn... Fancier room and amenities..ect. Not so much here. This one is showing it's age, and slightly run down. Leaking door closers, peeling wall paper, worn carpet, les than average wifi,... More

I just walked into my hotel suite, It smells like someone took a big sheeeet, My nose hairs singed and I said "Oh my word", This room stinks like a hobo's turd, The odor in here is so very foul, Just as if someone lost control of their bowel, The price was low, I should've known from the start, This... We stayed here twice coming and going to our recent trip to the Cayman Islands. The motel was tired looking and hopefully the renovations will upgrade it. The airport shuttle was quick the 4 times we used it. The drivers were friendly and courteous. The people at the desk were not as friendly, but not rude. They were unable to... More

Hotel common areas need updating, including restaurant, but they are in the process now. Room was very nice! Very clean and smelled clean. Pillows and mattress very comfy! Nice sheets too. Flat screen TV with cable was okay. Coffee maker and hairdryer in room. Loved this room! Will return! Prompt shuttle too.

Customer service is a 5!! My husband was due to arrive in Seattle at 2am, then his flight was delayed and he didn't get in until 5am. Made a quick phone call to make sure they didn't think he wasn't showing up, and they were very nice. The shuttle to the hotel was extremely quick and they even gave him... More

This is a hotel we stayed at only because the Hilton was fully booked for the night. I will never stay there again, and I would never recommend it to anyone who is fond of cleanliness and courteous staff. The ONLY good thing about it was it was cheap! It was $92 for one night. Coming into the lobby, mostly... More

Actual rating = 2.5 The Clarion in SeaTac is a great place to park your car if you are traveling through Seattle-Tacoma Intl Airport. The hotel itself is less great, average at best. The park & fly rate and parking only rate are about as good as it gets near SeaTac. The Clarion is also as close to the airport... More

I arrived very late at night. Courtesy van from airport was fine, but I did have to call and wait 20 minutes. Check-in was quick, but after dragging my luggage clear to the other end of the hotel, the room was a mess. House cleaning was clearly in there as everything was in piles of trash and laundry. Then the... More

Hotel lobby is currently under constructio (November 2014). If you need a conveniently located no-frills hotel, this is for you. It is next to the airport, clean, and safe. I had no reason to use amentities or dining, and found the front desk helpful and friendly. No problems with the room. I dont believe there were extra pillows, towels, bedding,... More

We chose this because it was close the airport - we had no problems with check in and we were able to park close to our rooms. It is a bit of a labyrinth with only one central lift and numerous stairways and entrances. The restaurant didn't have much of a menu but the food was filling and inexpensive. Good... More
