The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room however was old and the bathroom floor was not so clean. Someone needs to show the staff how to clean grout, especially the areas where the tile hits the walls. Also the ceilings are a bit thin. We kept waking up to the people above us on the third floor who... More

Quality it is NOT. Good thing we were only there about 7 hours. Wet floor due to leaky AC. Shower that had a curtain that didn't work? ?? Only thing worse would have been bed bugs. Really sucked. Obviously these owners don't care.

I stayed there for 1 night. The room was clean. The rooms have about 50 channels of TV. The hotel is a little outdated. They have a small buffet breakfast ( cereal, pastries, eggs, sausage, waffles, & more). It's was not bad for a free breakfast. It is close to the Seatac Airport about a mile away. They have a... This was our final overnight stay in Washington. We wanted a room close to the car rental return for our early morning flight. We arrived in search of a room after 10 PM. There isn't anything special about the hotel. The room for my husband and me was $203.00 tax included. Over priced for the accommodations; however reasonable for the... More

For a pricy nights stay, not much worked. The water was stuck on hot, the sauna didn't work, the workout room was a joke with 2 machines in a dingy room, and the view from our basement room was a concrete wall. Just yuck!

Upon entering the smells of the chemicals overpower you. Walking down the hall you have to ask who thought of the name "Quality Inn" - as it definitely is not a reflection of quality. The rooms themselves are no better - really old and smelly with one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. Not in a very... More

We stayed here, not because of any upcoming flight, but to make use of the free parking and airport shuttle. The Link rail system, which leaves from seatac, was a cheap way to get downtown and to the ball stadium. We avoided downtown traffic and parking. The hotel: the beds were very firm - no pillow top here. The air... More

We stayed here for one night after an extended Alaskan vacation. It served its purpose as we were only there to sleep and catch our flight out the next morning. The room itself was clean and comfortable enough though could use some updating. The hallways and public restroom were in need of cleaning and not very appealing. The shuttle to... More

Vacations are great nearly all the time for me. However, this was not a vacation but a 2 week trek to get from one destination to another. Looooooooong drive, and even longer going through Portland and then outskirts of Seattle during rush hour. Needless to say I was not the happiest person by the time we drove into the parking... My first experience was that after a long day of travel, I walked into a big pizza party in the breakfast room near the entrance. The front desk said that it was a softball team and that they would be leaving soon. It went on for hours and it got louder and louder. Other patrons were complaining as well. Of... More
