Had a great stay here tonight. I did the stay, park, and fly and couldn't be happier. Friendly staff, clean room, comfy and quiet. Highly recommend! Room had a refrigerator, microwave, bed was exceptional! If you're looking for a quiet place to stay while traveling, check this place out. Free week parking with my one night stay which I thought... This was my worst motel/hotel stay ever in my 42 years on this earth. The only good things I can say about my one night stay was that the airport shuttle worked for me and my family. It was on time going and was prompt on our return. The price for one night stay plus 7 nights parking was cheap.... More

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. The night staff was kind of rude....service without a smile. Hotel was under renovation at the time and was messy around hallways and stairs. Worst of all, my van was hit and bumper damaged while my family was away when I did the park and fly. When we arrived, There were no parking spots... More

I typically stay here 3 to 4 nights a month, its ok for a short night close to Sea Tac ,but lately there s a change in the staff and they absolutely incompetent. Just tonight they called my room at 3:57 am to ask what time I had reserved for airport shuttle, not the least bit apologetic ! Now I fly... More

Stayed here night before a cruise. Seattle is super expensive travel wise and this motel was picked for its shuttle package from airport and to the cruise line. Rooms were small and outdated but comfortable for the night. Staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Lobby is small, so when you get 3 - 4 people with their luggage it... More

SeaTac is expensive in general, so your money definitely doesn't get you as far here as it would almost anywhere else. I've stayed in better Quality Inns for sure, but this one wasn't that bad! They have made some updates, but there are definitely more to do still. The rooms are relatively small, and the "first" floor is really the... More

My Room had a patched ceiling and no fridge. I was told my room was just down the hall maybe if I would have entered from the road side of the hotel. I called for directions to the ice machine the answer from the front desk was " Umm I'm not sure" Well, ok. The room seemed crowded with just... More

I was truly appalled that this hotel gave such poor service, I guess the price reflects the "quality" of this Quality Inn, and there was absolutely no quality. The first part of our experience doesn't even start at the hotel, it started at their complimentary shuttle service from the SEA-TAC Airport in which they were understaffed, and they were very... We stayed at the Quality Inn for the first time and found it to be ok for the money we paid. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and toast with fruit muffins and choice of juices.(And lots of good cafe too) Would recommend it for anyone who wants to be close... More

The staff is very helpful. The rooms are odd (not enough outlets, switches for lights are in weird places). The shuttle drivers are really hit and miss. The breakfast was haphazard in presentation for example muffins were cut in quarters, coffee cups didn't have proper lids.
