SeaTac is expensive in general, so your money definitely doesn't get you as far here as it would almost anywhere else. I've stayed in better Quality Inns for sure, but this one wasn't that bad! They have made some updates, but there are definitely more to do still. The rooms are relatively small, and the "first" floor is really the... More

My Room had a patched ceiling and no fridge. I was told my room was just down the hall maybe if I would have entered from the road side of the hotel. I called for directions to the ice machine the answer from the front desk was " Umm I'm not sure" Well, ok. The room seemed crowded with just... More

I was truly appalled that this hotel gave such poor service, I guess the price reflects the "quality" of this Quality Inn, and there was absolutely no quality. The first part of our experience doesn't even start at the hotel, it started at their complimentary shuttle service from the SEA-TAC Airport in which they were understaffed, and they were very... We stayed at the Quality Inn for the first time and found it to be ok for the money we paid. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and toast with fruit muffins and choice of juices.(And lots of good cafe too) Would recommend it for anyone who wants to be close... More

The staff is very helpful. The rooms are odd (not enough outlets, switches for lights are in weird places). The shuttle drivers are really hit and miss. The breakfast was haphazard in presentation for example muffins were cut in quarters, coffee cups didn't have proper lids.

Checkin took 15 minutes because the guest ahead of me didn't have her Triple A card and the Choice system cannot be overridden. I gave the clerk my AAA card just so the guest ahead of me could get checked in. I checked in and was given a room at the other end of the building on the 2nd floor.... More

Quality Inns are very hit-or-miss. This one is a miss. It smelled musty even in the lobby, not to mention the halls and room. Since I had already used hotel points for this room, I did not go elsewhere. But, if it were a cash payment, I certainly would have switched to the Comfort Inn just a couple of blocks... More

We checked in with the Park /N Fly program. I had requested a AAA Travel discount when making the reservations but upon arrival they had not made a note of it so we were denied. Upon arriving to the room, there was an oder and it was extremely hot but we thought it was due to being shut up so... More

We stayed here for a couple of days before going on a Alaska Cruise. Location was good for us since the train is across the parking lot and close to the airport. The shuttle picked us up and brought us to the hotel for free. This is definitely not the Ritz Carlton but a place to sleep. The staff at... More

Price was cheap included parking. Room was on 1 st floor and dirty. My wife waited to shower on train instead of hotel shower. Shuttle from Airport was on time however the van needs to be cleaned once in a while. The staff were friendly however they needed more staff at the front desk to assist with check in.
