Checkin took 15 minutes because the guest ahead of me didn't have her Triple A card and the Choice system cannot be overridden. I gave the clerk my AAA card just so the guest ahead of me could get checked in. I checked in and was given a room at the other end of the building on the 2nd floor.... More

Quality Inns are very hit-or-miss. This one is a miss. It smelled musty even in the lobby, not to mention the halls and room. Since I had already used hotel points for this room, I did not go elsewhere. But, if it were a cash payment, I certainly would have switched to the Comfort Inn just a couple of blocks... More

We checked in with the Park /N Fly program. I had requested a AAA Travel discount when making the reservations but upon arrival they had not made a note of it so we were denied. Upon arriving to the room, there was an oder and it was extremely hot but we thought it was due to being shut up so... More

We stayed here for a couple of days before going on a Alaska Cruise. Location was good for us since the train is across the parking lot and close to the airport. The shuttle picked us up and brought us to the hotel for free. This is definitely not the Ritz Carlton but a place to sleep. The staff at... More

Price was cheap included parking. Room was on 1 st floor and dirty. My wife waited to shower on train instead of hotel shower. Shuttle from Airport was on time however the van needs to be cleaned once in a while. The staff were friendly however they needed more staff at the front desk to assist with check in.

This hotel was not in a very nice part of town although close to the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport was fine but the shuttle to and from the pier was terrible. We were scheduled to leave at 11:00 and the shuttle never picked us up until 1:00 but took our luggage on another van. Luckily we... More

Off the busy streets near the airport. The lobby was clean and the front desk help was efficient. The layout is awkward as the lobby in on the second floor and the elevator is oddly placed. The 1st floor room was well kept despite the noticeable wear and tear. The floor was still damp from an earlier shampooing and there... More

We stayed here for two nights. The staff at the dear was really nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was pretty awesome. Eggs, sausage, fresh waffles, toast, fruit, etc. The sheets had weird stains on them that made me feel like they weren't clean. The bathroom was unclean. There was still soap scum in the soap holder. The... More

First with the positive: free shuttle to and from airport, full continental breakfast is awesome as is the front desk service. The front lobby and dining area are nice. Relatively quiet location. Now for the areas that beg attention: carpets in the hallways and our room were old and had a stale smell, the shower fixings were old and falling... More

I'm on a temporary transfer to Seattle and have been staying at this highly recommende hotel by the airport. Convenient to SeaTac airport with prompt and courteous shuttle pickups, this hotel offers convenience, clean and upgraded rooms with all the amenities. A number of good eating options are within walking distance but most importantly is the service. Robyn, the front... More
