Business trip to Seattle/Bellevue. Had early morning flight back to NY so decided to stay by the airport and choose this Marriott. Hotel is close to the airport (I could hear the planes during the afternoon). I had the valet take my rental car as it was raining when I arrived. Check-in was smooth, the young lady mentioned the lounge... More

I left a ski cap in my hotel room. I called the hotel - they quickly located it, but told me I would have to provide a credit card or FedEx account to cover the mailing cost. I suggested USPS. Nope. Against company policy. Really? Just send me my hat. A couple dollars USPS postage - do that for good... More

Most of my nights spent at airport hotels are intended to be quick, single-night stays that allow me to get to the airport in the morning without rushing and stressing. As such, they're usually less focused on amenities and guest service. This Marriott, however, was far from that. They clearly took pride in their hotel in what is otherwise a... More

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it is, especially for an airport hotel. The facility is large, and is apparently designed to cater to one-night pre-flight stays (our situation), business meetings, and to serve local families (e.g., weddings, parties.) There are lots of meeting rooms, and a large indoor pool, with a number of hot tubs, which makes it... More

It's in seatac.... strike one. .... very limited cell service for Verizon .... strike two....and $14 Internet from rooms (free in lobby) ... strike three? Surprisingly no strike-out. Why? The staff was nice (including bar staff), bed great and the atrium and pool area lovely for an airport hotel. Marriott needs to "step up to the plate" and fix these... More

I have been staying at the Marriott in Seatac for about twenty years so I am very familiar with the hotel. It is a very nice hotel but it is expensive. I will list the pros and cons. The hotel has one of the nicest lobbies I have ever seen in a hotel. A beautiful seating area and a huge... More

Check in was busy and had to wait awhile. Front desk apologized and was very helpful. Only one elevator on my wing which surprised me. Room a little smaller than expected and bathroom was very small. They do not have free Wi-fi. Restaurant was very nice with nice view. Waitstaff was prompt. Pool area was nice and relaxing. The ambiance... More

Basically a tired property that needs some serious updating. Then, on top of it all, we find out that if we stay in our room we have to pay for our Wi-Fi!! Come on, Marriott!!! That's WAY out of line for what you charge compared to your local competitors!! The pillowtop mattress pads were no picnic either, as I sunk... More

This is clearly a 70's style hotel that has now become almost kitschy - Polynesian theme indoor pool area that looked great but is probably rarely used. However, I found the service to be great - bellmen/shuttle drivers, front desk , bar area, concierge lounge. I had a very nice modern room on the 8th floor with the concierge lounge.... More

It had been about 25 years since staying at this hotel. Was here recently for a convention. Rooms were clean but nothing particularly special. Hotel is showing it's age and could really use a total remodel. Parking was expensive.
