Stayed 07-09-14 and 07-10-14. Rooms had dirty walls and floors. Bathtub was full of holes and patched with what appeared to be wall stucco that had not even been smoothed out. Bedspread had cigarette holes in it. Most lights and tv remote didn't work. Pillows lumpy. Had to request cups and toilet paper. Every time we left room, someone came... More

We've been travelling through the States for months, and in Seattle needed somewhere near the airport due to flights. Through all of our travels, we have never stayed anywhere as bad as Seatac Inn. The rooms were old and dirty, we didn't feel safe and the wifi didn't work. The budget motel chains are much better than this!!

I caught bed bugs 6/30/2014. I asked for a refund and was told that I'd have to wait until the AM and talk to the owner. No refund was granted. I immediately called the Washington state department of health and made a formal complaint. I was given another room only to find this one equally filthy. The best sheets were... More

beds-lumpy, pillows-flat, tub-chipped, toilet-ran off and on all the time, outlets--hard to find, breakfast-coffee, Styrofoam cups, no lids, regular size muffins cut in half---that was all. Paid $60, probably about $30 too much! Will NOT stay there again. We normally stay in $45-70/night, but never have we stayed in one this bad...staff members are inconsiderate, also.

We were taking a 6am flight from seatac so needed a hotel to stay leave our car and fly from. Arrived at the hotel at 10:30 the night before check in was fast and got a bare bones room. Bed was comfortable. Woke up the next morning and got the shuttle at 4:30am. Shuttle was fast and got to the... More

We needed a 6 hour overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. It was clean and the shower worked, but there was a cigarette burn hole in the sheet. You wouldn't want to stay for more than a night, but we got what we paid for, and they transported us to the departure area right on time (no extra... More

I have to say that the one and only redeeming quality about this hotel was the person who helped with out suitcases. He was a great help. The room, the bathtub and everything else was filthy. We were afraid to turn off the light because of bugs crawling around. It was only for a few hours so we could sleep... More

I finally left this room in the middle of the night as I woke up to bed bugs crawling on my throat (they squirted blood when you squished them). I pulled back my comforter and there were more underneath of it. Other negative things about this hotel are: big stains on the carpet, brown stains on the towels, hair in... More

We stayed here one night then we had booked another hotel in downtown Seattle...that place turned out to be terrible and we ended up back here...it was a good value for the price...it wasn't the cleanest place and there was shady looking people in the back section of the hotel...I was given a room in the back area the second...
