From the kicked-in broken lock on the room's door, to the random red stains on the walls, to the threadbare "comforter", to the spiders in the shower, all I can say is that this place is not for the faint of heart. $80 is too high for this type of place. $20 I could see. They do have a shuttle... More

Asked for hot water, gave us hot tap water. Asked for him to ually boil water in the stove they have. He wouldn't. Later we complained and he kicked us out of the lobby because we were bothering him walking around. No kettles for boiling water.Basically no water. Had to go and buy water from across the streets. Bad customer... More

The sanitation is bad and the service at the front desk is horrible. There are no drinkable hot water in the room, so I went to the front desk. They refused to boil water for me. They gave me warm tap water and put it on a broken coffee machine that cannot heat water. After letting them know, the rudely... More

Stayed 07-09-14 and 07-10-14. Rooms had dirty walls and floors. Bathtub was full of holes and patched with what appeared to be wall stucco that had not even been smoothed out. Bedspread had cigarette holes in it. Most lights and tv remote didn't work. Pillows lumpy. Had to request cups and toilet paper. Every time we left room, someone came... More

We've been travelling through the States for months, and in Seattle needed somewhere near the airport due to flights. Through all of our travels, we have never stayed anywhere as bad as Seatac Inn. The rooms were old and dirty, we didn't feel safe and the wifi didn't work. The budget motel chains are much better than this!!

I caught bed bugs 6/30/2014. I asked for a refund and was told that I'd have to wait until the AM and talk to the owner. No refund was granted. I immediately called the Washington state department of health and made a formal complaint. I was given another room only to find this one equally filthy. The best sheets were... More

beds-lumpy, pillows-flat, tub-chipped, toilet-ran off and on all the time, outlets--hard to find, breakfast-coffee, Styrofoam cups, no lids, regular size muffins cut in half---that was all. Paid $60, probably about $30 too much! Will NOT stay there again. We normally stay in $45-70/night, but never have we stayed in one this bad...staff members are inconsiderate, also.

We needed a 6 hour overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. It was clean and the shower worked, but there was a cigarette burn hole in the sheet. You wouldn't want to stay for more than a night, but we got what we paid for, and they transported us to the departure area right on time (no extra... More
