Service was good. Our room had bath, bedroom, kitchen/dining/living room. It was clean and warm, but has not been renovated since the 50's. The rabbits are all over and fun to watch. Upon departing we notice rabbit food was available for making friends with the bunnies. It's outdated and I felt overpriced, but better than driving tired and in the... More

Yes, it's old and could use updating however we found it clean and comfortable. Where else can you find a deer nuzzling a rabbit right outside your doorstep? We used it as a base camp to explore the area. Would we stay there again, definitely. We did feel it was a bit over priced. Our next stay was in Winthrop... More

I wish I would have read more reviews about this place before I booked. The "cabin" we stayed in was old, dirty, and smelly. The air-freshener was so overpowering that we instantly got headaches and had to remove it. The we realize that the air-freshener was covering up a damp, musty smell that permeated the entire place. The bathroom door... More

Goldilocks would find everything wrong with this place. Believe the negatives, they're all correct! Had I seen this place before I booked I would NOT have booked. Our goal was a few day hikes in the North Cascades NP and those did not disappoint. We are not campers and don't own an RV, so a cabin (or something like it)... More

Let me start with the positives. The cabin we were in had a lot of room and The Eatery served good breakfast. Now the negatives. The place looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1960's. The floors were uneven and felt like they were going to cave in. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. Worst of all,... More

Neglect. Disrepair. Falling down. The place really is a dump and in an utter state of decay. Actually quite hard to believe this place doesn't get shut down. Having said that, if you're up for it, and particularly if you're trying to evade the law, this place is kind of fun in a "I can't believe we're paying to stay... More

This is a great place to stay if you are doing some serious hiking/climbing in the North Cascades. Our cabin was pretty clean and very comfortable for six of us. There are two full showers and a full kitchen. Merrill and everyone there were very nice. Our cabin was by the highway which was a little noise but good for... More

We came up here for a family reunion. Our cabins had mold in the showers and refrigerator, rat droppings through out, cobb webs and dirt through out. The beds were not clean. The smoke detectors did not work and we were not given the 15% group rate. This place sucks and is a death trap. The steps to the cabin... More

We stayed in cabin number 7 in July 2015. The ceiling was sagging and there was a moldy smell, but we thought we would survive. Then a bat flew around the room. My husband ended up killing it while trying to get it out the front door. My son ended up sleeping in the car after this incident. The next... More
