I was on my way to spokane when i decided to stop by Ritzville. I found this motel and thought that it was quite convenient because there was a food store across the street. Right when i came in the office, i was immediately greeted by the friendly manager. The room was clean, the TV worked beautifully, and the towels... More

I go to Ritzville Wa and stay for a quick hunting trip several miles north. It's a long to take my travel trailer so I look for a convenient and reasonable place to stay. I found the Colwell very comfortable and quiet. We had a double room for a very reasonable price. I will be going back to the area... More

We were at the end of our vacation and badly needed a place to stay. This was the last place avaliable from the tri-cities to spokane. My husband, cousin and I woke up with bed bugs crawling on our beds and small bites. Luckly my 11 month old daughter was in a pack in play and didn't get bitten. That... More

My tours take me through Ritzville every four or six years. My last three visits have included stays at the Colwell Inn. It is neither new, flashy, nor ritzy but it is spacious and clean. If you have an RJ 45 connector on your computer, you may find the wired internet more convenient depending upon how far your room is... More

Like Jake's, we stay here each time in the area; however, this time was most unpleasant and therefore disappointing. We got little sleep due to the pillows and mattress; it was and is fairly clean. They are good with the very nice towels, coffee, which we do not drink, and other amenities. It is a quiet inn so that is... More

I was on a road trip with my husband and dog, traveling from the East Coast to the West Coast. I needed a bed, shower and s place to sleep ASAP. So I went on bookings dot com and found this motel. The lady was really friendly checking me in. When I got to the room the floor was stained... More

I was heading to Spokane , I drove 5 hours from Kelowna. When it got dark the only place I could find was this place. The service and the room quality was surprisingly decent for a place practically in the middle of nowhere. overall I had a nice stay.

So unhappy holes in the wall, smelly very, very unfriendly and we mainly booked because our grandson age 6 was promised a pool (pool not in use for 2 yrs) even though it says it was open on their website. This is NOT the place to stay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed here on our way to Spokane. The hotel was pet friendly and had nice areas for our dog. It is less expensive than other hotels I could find in town. This motel is under new management. The staff was very helpful. We were happy with our stay.
