After a wonderful experience in a Hampton Inn the night before, we purposely found another on our 2100 mile roadtrip. We were not disappointed with the cleanliness, coziness, and wonderful beds in this Hampton Inn as well. Another great hot breakfast, this time overlooking the beautiful Columbia River. Their military rates are the best we have seen. We have become... more

Based on TA reviews, I chose the Hampton for my one week busines trip. As other reviews have said, the location is great, right by the river and at the edge of the park. My room was adequate size but the furnishings were well worn and slightly shabby. All perfectly clean and better than many places I've stayed but I... more

My husband and I got to stay at the Hampton Inn again for one night. We have stayed here previously and had excellent service. Unfortunately, when I tried to book it for 2 nights it was full and the first night we stayed next door at the Shiloh. DO NOT STAY AT THE SHILOH, STAY AT HAMPTON!! What was a... more

A wonderful hotel on the Columbia River! Four couples met here for a long weekend of golfing and wine-hunting. We were all pleased with this hotel, the breakfast, and the staff. more

I am staying here at the Hampton Inn in Richland as I write this. My room is on the river side (reserved a king riverview) - has a fantastic view - balcony w/ 2 chairs and a table and the walking path is wonderful! The location of this hotel is great - close to downtown and close to the other... more

A great hotel at really fantastic location next to a well-kept and peaceful city riverfront park. The east-facing rooms all have balconies directly overlooking the Columbia River. The west-facing ones have great sunset views over the hills. Fantastic service is provided by all the staff, especially the check-in staff, and the hotel and grounds are spotless. I have stayed at... more

This Hampton Hotel is different than many other Hampton buildings. It is made of a nice red brick structure and situated on a beautiful location along the Columbia River. The lobby is spacious and when we arrived there were friendly and assist full employees behind the front desk. Check-in went smooth and we were soon on our way to our... more

Stayed 3 days for conference. Very large room, usual good Hampton amenities, seemed even a little more 'full-service' than typical. Newer building, very clean, indoor pool/hot tub, decent gym. Right on river and next to a nice little park. Immediate area is still developing, so some construction going on and not too much right next to hotel re: dining and... more

We came into the Tri-Cities area without a reservation. We have stayed at Hamptons previously and enjoyed them so we called and they had a King river view room available! Our room was spacious, had a nice deck off the room overlooking the river and the paved walkway next to the river. Beautiful and quiet location! The sink is just... more

We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton right on the Riverwalk. When you make your reservation ask for a room with a river view. The breakfast area is large and bright with lots of windows. The room was certainly large enough. When you are there walk the mile to Anthony's. If you like seafood you will be in heaven. The... more
