Great service makes this an inexpensive hotel. A facility in relatively poor repair makes it cheap. Service Kudos: all staff were courteous and warm, and one tolerated my moderate to poor Spanish attempt. Facilities Kudos: A/C was effective and quiet! Decent bed for a change of pace. Facilities Issues: peeling paint in the bathroom, stains on the carpets, tons of... More

The tile on the roof will tell you it was built to last not tear down and rebuild. The deck on the restaurant was made to last forever as well. Yes it has metal keys but where can you get a river view with a whirlpool tub in the room under $150.The location cant be beat. The staff is great... More

If you like to hear "We have free internet with no password" they have that. Lodgenet their provider offers below average service. I am a long term guest that has seen it all here. I overlook most because they have a really nice staff thay go out of there way to help you. But if you are in need of... More

Although this is an older hotel it is very clean and pretty. The employees are so friendly, helpful, always busy and smiling. They speak English and are neat in appearance. We needed a couple of extra items in our room and they were delivered almost before I hung up the phone. The restaurant menu was a little limited due to... More

We were looking for a place to stay that was safe, clean, relaxing, and had an outdoor pool. Let's just say it has a pool. The rooms smelled horrible,(we tried three different ones) there was mold in the A/C units, mold in the showers, and the pillows had blood and other bodily fluids that were disgusting. Had to move once... More

Fairly clean but they haven't updated in a long, long time. I felt like I was in a 1970's time capsule. And avoid the free breakfast buffet. Weird. They served the same limited items for a whole week. No imagination.

This is an older, sprawling place on the Columbia River. I was pleasantly surprised. Would normally stay at Hampton or Marriott down the street, but full. The hotel has been well maintained. It has a nice pool and a decent restaurant. Ate there three times and it was more than acceptable. Decent comp breakfast. The room I had was dated,... More

We spent a night here on our way to British Columbia. Nice area, but the facilities show quite a bit of wear and tear. Service by the hotel staff was pleasant. However the room included breakfast which "exposed" us to the staff at the restaurant. The quality of the food was reasonable but the service at the restaurant was absolutely... More

Stayed 2 nights here for a softball tournament, older place- nice people - could be a little cleaner -- I felt it was a little high price ( and later found out some teams got a better rate--not happy with that), breakfast buffet is ok--but you get a voucher for a real good meal -- pool is great-location is perfect
