Staying here for business this week. Location was only 1 mile from client's site hence perfect. Very quiet, extremely comfortable bed..slept like a baby. Staff at front desk, shuttle and in restaurant were just fantastic. The food was actually very good; had dinner there tonight and the chef even came out and greeted us. Wait staff also great. My room... more

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Renton from 7/22/08-7/27/08. The grounds are beautiful, the blue/purple hydrangeas really stood out for me. We arrived about three hours earlier than check-in time, and they accomodated us, which we were really glad about, having driven for three days. The lobby looked nice, with a couple of nice-sized seating... more

We arrived late and noticed that directions from ariport were left at home. Called hotel and Chip provided us with excellent directions. He was extremely upbeat and happy about working with us. We have stayed at several Hilton Garden Hotels. The rooms are almost always the same. The bed is wonderful and the bedding is comfortable. The room had a... more

My husband and I stayed here for New Year's Eve and the night before to have a quiet getaway before we flew out on New Year's Day. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were and how quiet it was throughout our stay. We had seen quite a few party-goers and were afraid it would get loud and... more

The only reason I booked a one-night stay at this hotel was because I needed a place to stay to catch a flight in the morning, and I had had good experiences with Hiltons before. But this hotel was quite the contrary. I booked a non-smoking room, and was given a room that was designated "non-smoking", but was on the... more

Me and my parents stayed in this hotel while we were visiting my older brother who lives in Seattle. The hotel is very nice.....clean and comfortable. Location is alright as well, although if you want to stay near Seattle, Renton isnt the nicest place. Plently of things to do around the hotel and close to the Seattle suburban area. The... more

Despite its location (at the intesection of two busy freeways), the rooms are very quiet, extremely clean and well stocked. I found the room to be spacious and the bathroom to be bigger than most chains, but nothing amazing (the towel bar is located in the shower but the towels don't get wet). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable but tend... more

Shuttle: There is a phone at the hotel shuttle bus area and you dial the code for this property to request the shuttle. You will wait about 10 minutes while the person handling the shuttle gets the van ready and heads over to the Airport. I would imagine that if the where on there way back from the airport when... more

Stayed here for 4 nights while attending a family wedding. Paid $40 + tax through Hotwire. Big rooms and well appointed. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Very clean and comfortable feeling. Beds and pillows though need some improvement. I travel a lot and adjust easily to different beds but not this one, very mushy. The bathrooms are huge but counter... more

I am a frequent traveler, single, and female. I made a reservation at the The Hilton Garden Inn at least two months prior to my stay. When I arrived at the front desk at around 9:30 PM I was told that they did not have a room for me. I'd stayed there before and liked it. I was angry but... more
