Stayed there a year when it was still Holiday Inn Express and really enjoyed it. Was looking forward to the stay this year but was VERY DISAPPOINTED. I should have got a clue when the original reservations weren't done correctly. The stay started off bad with the front desk service. Stayed there 4 days and all 4 days were bad.... More

We spent two nights at this hotel. Our initial plan was to stay right in Seattle, but because there was a Seahawks game, hotels were far to expensive. This hotel ended up being a great alternative. We didn't have a reservation and the check in was very quick and the cost was very reasonable. Staff was very friendly and informed... More

A 3 Star Hotel however found to be of great value. Stayed 1 night on Labour Day Long Weekend. Very friendly reception. Free parking. Good restaurant on premises. Rooms dated however comfortable & clean. Free daily papers. Hotel overbooked however we reserved our room using Hotel's reservation system. Hint: If using a 3rd party to make a reservation, we were... More

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the family we are visiting and the airport shuttle. The check in was smooth, although they had some difficulty locating our Expedia reservation. The lobby seems to have been recently updated. Our room was clean, but in bad need of updating. Carpet seems fairly new but the furniture is worn. On... More

We spent one night at this hotel to attend an event being held at the hotel. To say the least I was not overly impressed. The check in went well and we were quickly on our way to our room only to find a massive waiting line for an elevator as there were several tour groups trying to get there... More

We stayed here for one night for meeting the cruise ship tomorrow morning. The place is clean, the staff is nice and pleasant. The room has complete amenities and is in very good condition. Airport shuttle service was prompt and brought us right into hotel just in time. Very good and looking forward to our breakfast tomorrow.

We had a terrible night staying at this hotel this week. They put us in a room that had no air conditioner. When informing the person at the front desk of this problem, we were told it would be fixed but we had to call 5 times to get someone come up and then it still was not fixed. They... More

Yes, the shuttle drivers and receptionists were helpful and pleasant and the shower worked well, but those are my only positives to report. Our keys did not work initially and needed to be swiped several times before unlocking the door to our room. Upon our entry, we were blasted with frigid air. The thermostat registered 64 degrees so we immediately... More

This hotel was formerly called the Ranier Center I think. The management change happened after we made our reservation but before our stay. We stayed there because it was conveniently located for my husband's class reunion location and there was a block of rooms set up for classmates. Our stay was 3 nights. The room was reasonably priced and our... More

Our recent stay was on a busy weekend when the hotel was 100% booked. The hotel is near the freeway and close to the airport. We stayed two nights. The public areas were dirty with dinner trays left in the beverage and ice room, and debris on the floor areas. The room itself was in the three story building, and... More
