We had a terrible night staying at this hotel this week. They put us in a room that had no air conditioner. When informing the person at the front desk of this problem, we were told it would be fixed but we had to call 5 times to get someone come up and then it still was not fixed. They... More

Yes, the shuttle drivers and receptionists were helpful and pleasant and the shower worked well, but those are my only positives to report. Our keys did not work initially and needed to be swiped several times before unlocking the door to our room. Upon our entry, we were blasted with frigid air. The thermostat registered 64 degrees so we immediately... More

This hotel was formerly called the Ranier Center I think. The management change happened after we made our reservation but before our stay. We stayed there because it was conveniently located for my husband's class reunion location and there was a block of rooms set up for classmates. Our stay was 3 nights. The room was reasonably priced and our... More

Our recent stay was on a busy weekend when the hotel was 100% booked. The hotel is near the freeway and close to the airport. We stayed two nights. The public areas were dirty with dinner trays left in the beverage and ice room, and debris on the floor areas. The room itself was in the three story building, and... More

We were with a tour, booked into this hotel. The room was acceptable, clean enough but shabby. Bed was comfortable - we had asked for 2 queens, got a king, which was OK for one night. We did not have a car, so walked to the nearest restaurant for dinner, which was an Applebees about 3 blocks away. Breakfast at... More

Get back to room to find no glasses in bathroom, only cardboard cups for coffee, call down to ask for glasses...answer is cannot provide, just use cardboard VIPs...ask for supervisor,... More

We stayed here as two separate group of people. The day they got taken over by the Red Lion. We stayed three nights. We had NO fridge or microwaves in our rooms. The heat/AC in the room didn't work correctly at all, you either froze or baked! They refused to give the $10.00 discount for the breakfast or meal to... More

We stayed for 2 nights. Room/Location was all fine. For the pricing it was very good value compared to the overpriced hotels in the area. Would stay again for a short stay. It was raining so we could did not look at pool area which is outside.

When going through Expedia.com to rent our room for the week's trip we were going to do in Seattle, I found that the Renton location had better pricing, but was still near Seattle and our airport to make this a logical location to stay. The location was great. However, the hotel was not. What I rented through Expedia was called... More

Let's see, where to start. Apparently they changed ownership and didn't even notify me. Took a little bit to find the place because of that. The room I booked had one bed and a desk. That was it. No microwave or fridge. Place seemed pretty dirty also, with stains everywhere. The ac was also not working when I arrived. The... More
