We stayed for 5 days on the 6th floor, close to all and freeways are very close.. Good place to stay away from the traffic and hassle of a Hotel in downtown Seattle, they we just taken over by Red Lion and are remodeling in a big way. Free parking, internet connection could be improved (very slow) Next time in... More

I did not expect much but this hotel was better than I expected. I was booked into the Executive Level floor (5 and 6) which was newly renovated. Very clean and a good experience. Friend on another floor was not as complimentary, so suggest booking on floor 5 and 6. Oddly no power outlet near the bed. Conference facilities were... More

Room was not very clean, a huge stain right in front of the door. Desk people were not very helpful or friendly and made checkin process longer than should have been because of their mistake and didn't apologize. Toliet made horrible noises. Shower thermostat was not well controlled, almost burned myself trying to regulate heat. Beds were comfortable though. Otherwise... More

I travel often and was mislead to believe the hotel was still affiliated with Holiday Inn-WRONG!! The hotel is run down and poorly managed!! The elevator smelled of urine and the room was full of mold. I slept in my clothes on top of towels. Several homeless people in the parking lot asking for money at 4:15 am. Never felt... More

I didn't like the way we were treated from the beginning. The front desk people were full of it and not courteous at all. The rooms are old. It's suppose to be a high price hotel but the room door itself was like it came from a $40 a night hotel. I did like the fitness room though.

We stayed here for two nights for meetings in Seattle and Bellevue. Conveniently located right off the highway. Attached to the Yankee grill which had great breakfast (for a fee). Nothing special though and a bit dated with stained furniture. Not the best place I have stayed at but not the worst either.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your thoughts. I am a bit surprised about your comments regarding the furniture in the Yankee Grill, however. We set our standards higher than being only sufficient. I would enjoy speaking with you in person to continue learning more. More

The hotel recently changed ownership. Lobby is nice but rooms are dated. They were unable to accommodate our room request and instead we're given a hospitality suite. Not so hospitable. Bathroom was tiny and sofa bed (not a solution) was uncomfortable. Windows open=Lots of road/highway noise. We were part of a large group and we were very disappointed when the... More

I have chosen to stay here and do the park and fly several times on the recommendation of a friend. The desk staff and drivers are friendly and helpful. I requested a fan for my room and it was delivered promptly. The heating system was on a neutral season so no air moving in the room and was too warm... More

We choose to stay at the Rainier Hotel and Conference Center the night before leaving on our vacation to Maui. It was originally booked as the Holiday Inn but between reserving and going on our vacation the management decided to be independent from the Holiday Inn chain. I have been parking at this hotel for over a year on business and pleasure traveling, I give it 5 stars for convenient location, the other staff was ok, now all my friends are parking there.
