This is a great hotel for a very reasonable price in Renton. Our room was very quiet and perfect for a family of 3. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Plenty of room! Plus the complimentary breakfast was very nice. I'd give it 5 stars, but they don't have a pool. Other than that, GREAT hotel!

I was really surprised at how nice this hotel was. I was expecting something minimalistic for a good price, but what I got was a premium quality hotel. There's a mini kitchen with a microwave and fridge, the hotel has a DVD library you can use, the wireless Internet was good, the room was clean and comfortable, and the continental... More

We only needed 1 night in the area so were not overly picky about where to stay. We ended up with much more than we paid for. The rooms are large and clean, the staff was very friendly as well. We will stay here again whenever we need to be back this way.

My wife attended a conference at the SeaTac Airport Hilton. Their basic room was $60 per night more than the Larkspur's king suite with twice the square footage. Free wifi and parking saved another $22 per day, not to mention the complementary continental breakfast. And it was only 15-20 minutes to the airport. The facility and our room were very... More

My husband and I stayed here during a week-long trip to Seattle and Portland. We ended up with a 1 bedroom suite which was quite roomy for the two of us. I do agree with a previous poster that the air-conditioning unit wasn't powerful enough to cool off the bedroom, even with the bedroom door open. They do use down... More

The day started with me having to drive unexpectedly 3 hours from Portland, OR to Seattle, WA. I had a bad experience at another hotel and chose to not stay there due to the staff. I quickly booked a room at Larkspur. Upon arrival the night clerk was very courteous and advised me that the booking had not come through... More

I stayed here while on business for a full week. I really appreciated that they allowed pets & the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was ceral, milk, juice & pastries which was plenty to get the day going. The pillows were soft & comfy, however the bedspread was a down blanket in sheets so i could see every little... We booked this suite on hotwire with the understanding that the room had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. We arrived very late that night and when the desk clerk saw us, she told us she would not allow us to stay in the room because they were 5 of us. We have traveled extensively and almost always get... I used this hotel totally as a one night, late arrival, early flight out kind of hotel because of the great rate I got; ;little did I know that it was so much more than an airport hotel!! I got there just in time to get the last warm cookie that was being put out, I borrowed some DVDs and... More

This is my 2nd larkspur hotel stay and I love this place!! This small chain has custom feather beds, comforters, and pillows. Every room is a suite of some sort. It is room also includes a full kitchen size small. The breakfast is included in the price which is pretty low if you ask me and does include options of... More
