We stayed here twice this month - a two night stay in a studio and a three night stay in an executive suite (king bed bedroom with living room). Both room types have kitchenettes with settings for 4, coffee maker, toaster, vegetable steamer, 2 - burner stove, microwave and full refrigerator. The executive suite has fold out couch so could... Friendly staff; airport shuttle; comfortable room w/full kitchen; free WIFI; quiet; fresh baked cookies each evening.; free newspaper; coffee in lobby. Particularly enjoyed the many breakfast choices in a comfy, living room setting--yogurts, deli meat & cheese, muffins, sweet rolls, whole wheat bread, cereal, cheese sticks, juices, milk, teas.. On some days also had waffles, french toast, or bagels or... More

We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly. It turned out to be very nicely done with full kitchen and great bed. Check in was very prompt. The lobby is nice with an adjoining breakfast area and there was coffee in the evening which was nice. The breakfast was small consisting of muffins and cereal, toast etc. No bacon,... More

Stayed here so we could attend our granddaughter's soccer tourny at Starfire. Room was large with a very comfy bed. Full kitchen which we didn't use much but if had stayed more than one night, would have. There was an odd sickly sweet smell on the first floor but not up on 4th. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast... More

This hotel is only 5 miles from SEATAC, about 10-15 min. away. Initially, I was concerned about staying in the Renton area. The area surrounding this hotel is newer, industrial park-ish, and very quiet. No SEATAC flight path noise and no busy street noise...unlike the many hotels closer to SEATAC. I stayed at the Larkspur Inn, Friday through Sunday. I... More

for the price, nothing yet has beat the Larkspur. We have stayed here ever since the opened. Granted, it is not new anymore and like all hotels they start to show a bit of wear and tear after awhile. But it is still one of the cleanest and quietest in its price range. The staff is always helpful and even... More

Pros: Actual pack-n-play with blankets for an infant, Comfortable pillows, very quiet rooms, did not restock coffee or toiletries in room, put us in the middle of family located in both Bellevue and Kent, driving distance from Seattle or complimentary shuttle to light rail. Cons: hard bed, old/flickering light fixtures, trouble flushing toilet, internet as slow as dial up, internet... More

stayed for two nnights due to business. the rooms are very big but also dated and need to be freshend up on all accounts from kitchen to the bathroom. the gym is extremly small and not on an ok level and the same is to be said for the breakfast quality and offer. However the staff is outstandingly uninformed and... More

My husband and I stayed at the Larkspur Landing hotel in Renton and were we both initially very happy with the accommodations. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, our experience at this hotel was horrible. It started around 3am when were were both awoken by a loud unruly conversation. At first I thought... More

Dear RosieD27, I am terribly sorry for the experience you had while staying at my hotel, and I absolutely agree with you the handling of the situation was inexcusable. I can assure you of one thing, that while the noise disturbances where handled poorly, the staff members where not the source of the noise. I also would like to apologize... More

My husband and I are completing our 3rd and final night here at the Larkspur Landing In Renton, WA. The room itself is spacious and clean with a kitchenette that makes the deal very nice. The bed is very comfortable with a whole lot of "down" comfort which actually gave me a very restful night sleep. The housekeeping department needs... More

Dear Alaskan_IslandGirl, Thank you for taking the time to keep us informed on the operation of the hotel. I take cleanliness very seriously, and will address the room service issue with my housekeeping manager. It is inexcusable that your room was not cleaned in a thorough manner. I understand that there are many hotels in the area to choose from,... More
