Great customer service while there. Since our airport shuttle was leaving when the complimentary breakfast was going to be served, they packed up bagged breakfasts to go for our family. Comfortable rooms and great beds. Pillows were top knotch! Both drivers to and from airport were great. have two complaints though. When calling to be picked up from the airport... More

Terrible noise from the squeaking floors above us lead to one of the worst sleeps ever. If you are not on the top floor don't stay here. Can easily hear the tv and conversations from the rooms above and around us. Hotel has generally aged poorly and would not recommend staying here.

The Pros: This hotel has an airport shuttle....we turn in our rental car the night prior to our flight and always take a hotel shuttle to the airport. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Coffeemaker in room makes lousy coffee but good coffee is available off the lobby. Bedding is comfortable. The Cons: Crazy room set-up -- the vanity and... More

Friendly staff; tired, worn, smelly, falling apart facility. I stayed here one night for work. The place is in terrible shape and really looks as if the last update and/or maintenance was in 1975. Everthing is old, lots didnt work (room door, wi-fi, shower) and the entire place smells of I am not sure what but it was very unpleasant.... More

This hotel served our purpose. We left our car there to catch our plane from seatac airport to sunny Jamaica. We loved the fact that their parking lot is monitored at all times with cameras. So we felt good leaving our brand new BMW there. The room is okay and clean. The bathroom needs some fixing. The only thing that... More

After reading the reviews, I was skeptical about staying, but Priceline did a negotiation for me, and was struck staying here. Upon check in, you could see that the lobby had been renovated. Looked nice. Not what I was expecting. Desk clerk was very friendly, processed my check in with expertise and quickly. Did make a request to change rooms... More

We recently stayed at this hotel while in the Seattle area. The staff was courteous and accommodating. The hotel was recently renovated. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful, lots of selections. Our room was comfortable and perfect for our trip. It was a refreshing trip.

I stayed at the Clarion Renton on a recent business trip. The hotel met or exceeded all expectations. The receptionist welcomed me to the hotel and invited me to enjoy some coffee and complimentary fresh-baked cookies (which were excellent). The room was modern, spacious, well-appointed, and very clean. I've seen a handful of Tripadvisor reviews stating that the hotel could... More

We stayed at this hotel last weekend for a soccer tournament. It is conveniently located right off the freeway, very easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a room on 3rd floor with 2 queen beds. Not huge but renovated with a flat screen tv, microwave and small fridge. Beds were super comfy. The sink area was... More

Decided to stay here to rest after the long flight from Europe just before driving back to Spokane. Rooms could use some renovaion with quieter AC. Complimentary breakfast was good. It was close to South Center Mall where we could shop and eat. Staff was friendly and helpful.
