This is just an average hotel with over priced rooms. For the $289 per night we paid I thought we would get bathrobes and maybe some bathroom extras as I have seen in other hotels but the Marriott is just bare basics (shampoo, soap and body wash) with cheap toilet paper thrown in. The service was good, the room was... More

Dear KellyJ, Thank you for taking to time to write a review of the Seattle Marriott Redmond. I am sorry to hear you did find out hotel to meet your standards for value. Although our hotel can be expensive at times due to high demand in the Seattle area, our hosts do their best to ensure the service we provide... More

Stayed here after almost 30 months but the service is top notch !! Ate at Sears and food is good. The room I got was smaller but fully functional, would stay here in a heartbeat because of the central location to Mall, microsoft redmond campus and all freeways !!! Keep up the good work !!

Visited son who works in Seattle. Great front desk reception on arrival. Had a mishap during our stay of 3 days. Held up room service because we returned very late from our outing that ended in a car accident. Moved us to a connecting room so my son could stay with us after the trauma. Cant go wrong with this... More

Great hotel. staff was really friendly and helpful. I loved that you could rent a bike to ride around the city. it's a really neat little area too with lots of shops and a movie theater right across the street. I didn't have a chance to explore much around the area, but there appeared to also be some really nice... More

The rooms are very low end. A hotel that charges $250-$300 per night should be twice as nice. Very low level of finishing compared to other Marriot hotels The lobby however is pretty nice. Which makes It even more shocking how bad the rooms and hallways look upstairs. Not good, this needs a Reno in the worst way.

Dear JFYUL, I am very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations for value. It’s true that our rates can reach as high as $300 per night, however, what we lack in finishings we make up for in hospitality and excellent service. Unfortunately, it does not seem as though you found this to be true. I... More

My husband went to Redmond for training at the Microsoft Campus and I tagged along for fun. First, the only con I had was that you had to pay for parking. Other than that, the stay was excellent. The lobby as well appointed and spacious. We were greeted by everyone from the valets, front desk, and housekeeping. I would like... More

I was in Seattle for some interviews with a tech. company and was checked in by them at this hotel.... From the moment I pulled into their driveway till yesterday, I have been floored by their customer service! They have extremely polite and professional attendants/bellboys/bellhops/valets guarding the entrance (while they offer to park your car, I have heard that parking... More

I stayed here for three nights for business. It is much quieter than staying in Bellevue or Seattle. It is in a nice development of the downtown so everything is in walking distance. The staff is great. They jump to the door and are so friendly. Rooms are newer and very clean. Standard Marriott but the restaurant has some nice... More

Excellent hotel. Easy check in and check out. Very courteous staff. Clean, large rooms. Comfortable bed and great channel choices. I had a room on the 5th floor that overlooked the pool but it was very quiet. The location of the hotel is perfect, located right by the downtown Redmond center with many choices of shops, restaurants and even a... More

Great location and very nice room, and the bed is very comfortable. But the best part of staying here is the staff. From the valets & bellman that greet you in the driveway to the people at the front desk, they are all respectful and very well trained. It is obvious from the get-go that their mission is to make...
