Had a couple of days business in the area and booked this location. WOW! What a find! relaxing, clean, great breakfast and even a free wine tasting! If you are looking for a place with a noisy bar, stay somewhere else. If you are looking for a fair price , friendly owners and a place to relax after a busy... More

Meritage Meadows is in a beautiful location very convenient to Kirkland, Redmond and East-side Seattle. Every aspect has been thought of to make guests feel welcome and "at home" -- the owners are fascinating and interesting people -- they make wine on the property and you can taste it every day. Meritage Meadows is a tremendous value and the breakfast... More

Our stay at Meritage Meadows Inn was pure perfection. The location is ideally close to suburban Seattle while being blissfully far from the madding crowd. The innkeepers are friendly, attentive, helpful, and knowledgable. Above and beyond that, they were able to accommodate our dietary issues with such superb culinary skill that our breakfast spread brought me to happy tears. Oh...and... More

Wonderful, tranquil location for a getaway. Gracious and friendly hosts with delicious breakfast and snacks & beverage abundantly available. The Red Mountain room is their most spacious room with a king size bed, sauna and large deep soaking tub. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Will most definitely be back. Bonus: if you like wine there is a small winery (Cinq)... More

I am local and was looking for a place to get away from everything for a few days. I could not have found a better place. Driving up to the B&B the path is surrounded by forest, opening to meadows. On the way up to the main house you’ll see the on-site winery Cinq. The main house is large, spacious... More

It was so pleasant to have you stay with us. We had some fun discussions while you were here, and it is obvious that you enjoyed many aspects of the space Karen and I manage here in Redmond. One small correction. All our rooms and common spaces have air conditioning. In February, it is not normally used, and the outside... More

My wife and I recently stayed at Meritage Meadows while visiting our family in Sammamish. The B&B is exceptional in so many ways. The inn itself is a beautifully decorated, spacious and lovingly maintained B&B with a lodge ambience. We stayed in the Puget room which was not only large in size but also included a bathroom suite with a... More

We had a fantastic stay at Meritage Meadows in September 2014! Bob and Karen took excellent care of us, including accommodating my need for gluten free breakfasts (the food was amazing!). The room and bathroom was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning.

Spent several days at the Meritage Inn, while visiting the area. Every morning was a Foodie's delight with a wonderful breakfast to start off the day. The room was spacious with lots of special touches. I had a Sauna in my room. I felt very comfortable each morning having coffee and reading the paper in the Common room, before breakfast.... More

Tried the Inn for the first time based on prior Trip Advisor reviews. Met and exceeded expectations! Bob and Karen, the hosts, are genuinely friendly, good conversationalists and Bob prepares an array of interesting and tasty breakfasts. Way better than any free breakfast at the big chain residence motels. The Inn is an upgraded large older house set in a... More

I am afraid to make this comment, for I fear this Inn will be too busy to reserve in the future, but with that being said, this was one of the most enjoyable overnight stay's my wife and I have been to ! We reserved the "Red Mountain" room in September for two nights, and then a few days prior... More
